8. Witness the Magic of Cirque du Soleil La Nouba

Take a stroll to Disney Springs’ West Side and check out La Nouba, a Cirque du Soleil experience that can only be found at the Walt Disney World Resort. 7. Enjoy Live Music and Delicious Food at Exposition Park

Visit one or all of the four food trucks at Exposition Park, each of which offer favorites from the four Disney Parks. Sample some tasty treats like grass-fed beef sliders, potstickers, or tandoori shrimp. Then settle in for some live music featuring bands, DJs, and even a freestyle rap artist or two!

6. Walk Among Dinosaurs at T-REX

Venture back to prehistoric times at T-REX, a dinosaur-themed cafe and Dino-Store, where you’ll even find a Build-a-Dino by Build-a-Bear Workshop! Feast alongside animatronic dinosaurs and luminescent jellyfish while watching a meteor shower. (But beware of the explosions!) T-REX is a favorite family that will engulf your senses. 5. Fly High Above Disney Springs with Characters in Flight

Yes, you can take a balloon ride at Disney Springs. Visit Characters in Flight, located in the West Side, and board a custom-built balloon capable of carrying up to 29 people and 1 pilot. The best part? You’ll float up to 400-feet in the air, so you might even spot some of Walt Disney World’s most famous landmarks! The cost for Characters in Flight by Aerophile is $20 per adult and $15 per child.  Operating hours are between 8:30am – 12:30pm and is weather dependent.  Bookings are made on location on the day and are on a first-come-first-served basis.

4. Shop Til You Drop

Disney Springs’ multitude of shops ensures that every person in your family will find something on his or her wish list. You’ll probably enjoy The Art of Disney, which features Disney-themed prints, figurines, and souvenirs. Little ones are sure to love Disney’s Candy Cauldron, where they can savor some delightful treats made in the show kitchen. Purchase unique jewelry at Alex and Ani, which features eco-friendly pieces. Or indulge in some high-end grooming tools like brushes, creams, and travel kids; the man in your life might even enjoy a haircut and shave in The Barber Spa! 

3. Discover Disney Spring’s NEW Dining Destinations

Disney Springs has expanded tremendously since its days as Downtown Disney. Check out Frontera Concina, a Rick Bayless restaurant that features upscale Mexican cuisine. Perhaps your taste buds might enjoy D-Luxe Burger, which prides itself on crafting the perfect gourmet burger (like the El Diablo Burger featuring fried banana peppers, pepper jack cheese, and chipotle mayo). One of the newest restaurants is Chef Art Smith’s Homecomin’, featuring local Florida flavors and home-cooked comfort dishes like fried chicken and hush puppies.

2. Tour Disney Springs in an Amphicar

Explore Disney Springs in a whole different way. Next to The BOATHOUSE, you can board a vintage amphicar, or water taxi suitable for driving on both land and water, and enjoy a 20-minute ride featuring the highlights of Disney Springs. Your water adventure may make you hungry. 1. Embrace Some Kid-Friendly Fun

There is so much to do and see for the littles in your life. Children will love The LEGO Store, where they can construct LEGO creations at hands-on play tables stationed around the store. Then head over to Once Upon a Toy, where your child can design their own Potato Head with accessories from the Potato Head tower. At T-REX, your child can excavate dinosaur bones in the interactive sandbox at the Paleo Zone. Lastly, don’t miss out on the Ghirardelli Ice Cream & Chocolate Shop where you’ll whole family can enjoy house-made fudge, indulging sundaes, and rich, chocolatey drinks.
