Top 5 Places to Grab a Beer at Disney Springs 1

Let me start by saying I am not a beer “aficionado”, but my husband has a passion for beer. So this usually means at Disney we are on a mission to find good beer. Disney Springs is a favorite place for us to go for dinner, drinks, and as a musical family, we love to hear live music. Good drinks, food, and live music all seem to pair well together. Here are the top 5 places we have found to grab a beer at Disney Springs.

City Works Eatery and Pour House. This new restaurant just opened up in February and let’s just say we’ve been four times already. I’m not joking.  It has quickly become one of our favorite spots to grab some drinks and food at Disney Springs. They have 90 craft beers on tap! They have it all local beers, rotating handles of rare beers You can also do a create your own beer flight or choose one of their recommended beer flights.

They also have some pretty amazing ciders for those of you like me who prefer a cider. Not to mention the food is outstanding and most of their food is made from scratch in house. They have happy hour Monday-Thursdays 3-6 pm and drinks only from 10 pm-12 pm. It’s a great place to catch a sports game too. Their windows even retract so it can be an open-air venue. The staff is well educated on their beer selection as well. If you are serious about your beer this is the place to go.

Raglan Road Irish Pub. Raglan is a fun lively atmosphere. This Irish pub has a great variety of beer as well, taking our second favorite beer spot position. They have bottled, domestic, draught imports, American craft beers, as well as signature brews, and a variety of Irish beers. You can even get a beer with your face on it. Yup an actual image of your face can be printed on the head of the beer! We did it! It was interesting. Irish dancers, singers, and musicians take the stage indoors or outdoors to entertain you. Side note the fish and chips are delicious as well.

House of Blues is the place to go for live music and cheap drinks. House of Blues is a great music venue to see some of your favorite bands play right here in Disney Springs. While they don’t have a large beer menu, the beers are typically only $6-7 and they do happy hour specials. So for Disney, this is pretty inexpensive when it comes to beer. They have great bites to go with beer too. They also have an outdoor seating area and bar with live music out there.

Splitsville is the place to go for a little fun, food, and drinks.  It is a bowling alley with a little more upscale dining and drinks than your typical bowling alley. But then again what is typical when you are talking about Disney.  They have an outdoor bar area too. They usually have an acoustic duo playing some tunes for you out there. At Splitsville you can get 19 oz. jumbo stein! They also have some late-night drink specials. This is a great place to go with some friends. edison

The Edison is the place I will be going to celebrate my birthday that just past when we can go back out again. It has such a cool theme here. The steampunk 1920’s roaring 2o’s theme is neat to see and be able to dress up for. There is a bunch of unique entertainment here too such as magicians, aerialists, stiltwalkers, and bands playing current music in a 1920’s style. This is a place to go have a beer or cocktail, and some unique appetizers and have a good time. The Edison has a pretty unique selection of beers in addition to the tried and true. They also have a rotation of Florida based brews that you can inquire about with your server. There are some fun lounge-like areas with couches and such to have more private spot to enjoy some drinks. How about some candied bacon to go with that beer? After 10 pm it is a 21 plus venue and there is a dress code.

Let us know at Disney Addicts what is your favorite spot to get a beer at Disney Springs. We might need to add it to our list, for when we can finally go out and support the bars and restaurants again!!!
