If you will be attending the party this year, here are our top 10 tips for conquering Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party.

- Arrive early and grab a map!
Even though the party doesn’t start until 7 pm, party guests can enter Magic Kingdom as early as 4 pm. That’s 3 extra hours to explore and enjoy Magic Kingdom! You’ll want to grab a Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party map as it will show you character meet and greet locations, snack stops, parade route, and times for fireworks and stage shows.
2. Make a plan.
Those five hours at Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party are going to go fast so prioritize what you want to see, do, experience and of course eat.
3. Get in line for popular character meet & greets early
Some popular characters will start their meet and greets before the party begins to help alleviate long lines. Get in line early if you have a MUST-MEET character in mind. You will need to have your party wristband in order to get in line before the party starts.
4. Don’t plan a table service meal during the party!

Plan to see the latest shows and Boo-to-You parade. The crowds will be lower and you’ll likely get a better spot.
7. Save trick-or-treating for toward the end of the night.
While you can trick or treat when the party start, you might want to save it for the end of the evening. Candy bags can get heavy and if it’s not, there’s a good chance the candy will start to melt. There are 14 candy locations this year! Also, the bag Disney gives isn’t very big, so if you want a lot of candy, bring your own bag.
8. Be sure to stop at all PhotoPass locations
During Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party, guests have access to lots of fun photo ops as well as spooktacular Magic Shots! Take advantage of them for some fun and memorable photos.
9. Prioritize visiting the attractions with a “Halloween Twist”
The Mad Tea Party, Pirates of the Caribbean, Monsters, Inc. Laughfloor and Space Mountain all have a fun Halloween twist!
10. Don’t miss Haunted Mansion!
