Buses: The Heart of Disney Transport
Buses are the superheroes of Disney transportation, connecting almost every corner of the resort. They run frequently from all Disney hotels to the parks, water parks, and Disney Springs. Even if you’re not staying on Disney property, you can hop on these buses at any park or Disney Springs to move around the resort. It’s free, convenient, and a great way to rest your feet!
Now that all-day park hopping has returned, bus service between theme parks starts at 10am. Note busses do NOT run from Disney Springs to a Walt Disney World theme park, guests need to transfer at a Walt Disney World Resort Hotel.
Monorail: The Classic Disney Transport
Ah, the monorail – a true Disney icon! This futuristic train glides above the ground, offering a fun and scenic route. It connects the Magic Kingdom with Epcot and select Disney resorts, including the Contemporary, Polynesian Village, and Grand Floridian. Everyone can ride the monorail, so don’t miss this classic Disney experience.
