This year’s festival will run from February 28 through April 21, 2025. It is a guest-favorite festival and offers many ways to experience California’s incredible bounty with exciting cuisine. Here are our top 10 favorite offerings at the festival:
Sip & Savor Pass
Celebrate the Food and Wine Festival and explore a tantalizing menu inspired by California’s cuisine when you purchase a 2025 Disney California Adventure Sip and Savor Pass.
There are 2 options for passes. One that offers 4 digital coupons and one that offers 8 digital coupons. You can redeem the coupons for select food and nonalcoholic beverages at participating Festival Marketplaces and dining locations. Simply let a Cast Member at the location scan your pass. Then, enter the 4-digit code located on your pass at checkout.
Sip and Savor Passes are available for purchase to all Guests. You can even split one with a friend and have a blast sampling food together!
Beverage Education & Tasting Seminars
Quench your thirst for knowledge by learning about popular libations at informative tasting seminars. Make your way to Sonoma Terrace and dive into the world of craft beers, house-made cocktails, exceptional wines and delicious pairings. There are multiple seminars available on select days during the festival and advance reservations are highly recommended!
Culinary Demos with Top Chefs
Don’t miss tasty tips and tricks from the some of the most celebrated chefs during the festival’s demonstration series. More information about this year’s demonstrations will be released soon.
Carthay Circle Receptions
Join industry experts as they lead tastings paired with a 4-course appetizer menu at Carthay Circle Restaurant. Reservations for Carthay Circle Receptions are required, and space is limited for these popular events.

New to the festival this year is the Dinner and Scotch Event at Hearthstone Lounge. Indulge in a memorable evening, featuring rare and exceptional scotches from Highland Park of the Isle of Mull & Orkney and world-renowned The Macallan from Speyside, Scotland, drawn from the exclusive whiskey library of Hearthstone Lounge.
Your evening begins with tray-passed hors d’oeuvres and live music. Then, savor a 4-course tasting menu that is expertly crafted and paired with scotch selections by Executive Chef Marcel St. Pierre and accompanied by educational presentations from Highland Park and The Macallan.
Reservations for the Dinner and Scotch Event at Hearthstone Lounge are required, and space is limited.
Trader Sam’s Mixology Class
Learn to make a classic tiki libation in the legendary Trader Sam’s Enchanted Tiki Bar.
After enjoying your hand-crafted cocktail, indulge in tray-passed hors d’oeuvres while enjoying the sounds of the island at the outdoor fireplace. Plus, take home a Trader Sam’s fan favorite mug as a souvenir of your adventure.
Reservations for mixology classes at Trader Sam’s Enchanted Tiki Bar are required and space is limited for these popular events.
A Walk on the Silverado Trail
Hosted by the venerable Hearthstone Lounge at the beautiful Mariposa Pool deck, sip a curated selection of Silverado Trail’s exquisite wines delightfully paired with cuisine specially crafted by the talented Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa culinary team. Featured wineries will be announced at a later date.
Reservations for Food and Wine Experience with Hearthstone Lounge: “A Walk on the Silverado Trail” are required and space is limited for this popular event.
Meet Chef Goofy
Head to the Hollywood Backlot for a deliciously wacky encounter with Goofy the chef. He’s all dressed up and ready to flambé his way into your heart—so come on by!
Return of Soarin’ Over California
Glide above the Golden State’s natural and man-made wonders—as part of the Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival. You’ve flown around the world, but there’s no place like home. Soarin’ Over California is back to thrill a whole new generation!
The journey begins as the foggy clouds of San Francisco part to reveal the sprawling expanses of the Golden Gate Bridge.
