Bring the Green & Red Coconut Club Home with the Gin-gle Bells Mocktail
If your holiday wishlist includes cozy vibes, twinkling lights and something delicious to sip, Universal Orlando has just the thing to jingle your taste buds. When the Green & Red Coconut Club at Universal CityWalk transforms into its annual holly-jolly hideaway, the beverage team rolls out a lineup of drinks packed with seasonal spirit. One standout this year is a festive mocktail with a name that rings like a Christmas carol: the Gin-gle Bells.

Created by Universal Orlando’s beverage program manager Josh Franck and his team, the drink was designed with one goal in mind — making sure everyone has a place at the holiday toast. Josh shared that the team always makes sure their mocktails hit the same level of creativity and flavor as their cocktails, giving guests options that feel thoughtful and inclusive.
Gin-gle Bells is bright, colorful, and merry right down to its rosemary sprig. But there’s meaning behind the sparkle. The drink mixes cranberry, pomegranate and lavender, ingredients rooted in centuries of winter traditions found in cultures around the world. As Josh puts it, tasting it connects you to the same flavors people have enjoyed for generations.
Holiday drinks are also about comfort, which is where beverage assistant manager Liam Wedderburn comes in with his own creation: the Hot Buttered Rum cocktail. Inspired by his bartending days in New Orleans, the drink carries warm spice, buttery richness and a nostalgic aroma that feels like stepping into a holiday bakery.
The beverage team works hand-in-hand with Universal Creative, Entertainment and other partners to make sure every seasonal drink feels like part of the experience. From Halloween Horror Nights to Mardi Gras to Holidays at Universal, their menus are designed to support the story, not just the thirst.
