Universal Studios Hollywood Holiday Menu Is a Total Feast for Whos and Humans Alike
If your holiday spirit is fueled by cozy nostalgia, over-the-top treats, and food that would make even the Grinch crack a smile, then Universal Studios Hollywood has delivered a sleighful of joy. The 2025 Holiday Menu is here, running through January 4, 2026, and this year’s offerings span both Upper and Lower Lots with a deliciously chaotic mix of sweet, savory, whimsical, and downright wild creations.

Grinchmas once again anchors the celebration in Production Plaza, which means the return of fan favorites like Who Hash, Max’s Hot Dog, and mountains of Seussian sweets. But this year also brings some brand-new wonders, including a holiday corn dog drenched in berry cereal (your dentist will understand) and a gingerbread blondie so cute you might cry before eating it.
Here’s what you’ll want to hit first on your foodie sleigh ride through Universal Studios Hollywood.
Hollywood & Dine is absolutely loaded with Grinchmas goodness this year, starting with the iconic Who Hash — tater tots stuffed into a collectible can and topped with brisket, cheese, grilled onions, and Thousand Island dressing. If onion rings are more your style, the Dumpit to Crumpit Onion Rings turn them into nachos, complete with chicken, bacon, jalapeños, and white queso. And then there’s the brand-new Stick-a-Doodle: a corn dog coated in cheddar cheese sauce and rolled in berry-flavored cereal. Holiday chaos at its finest.
The sit-down menu also brings back comforting classics like the Who-B-Q Roast Beastwich, the Gooey Gobble Melt, a fully plant-based Roast Beast-less Loaf, and the oh-so-pretty Who Wreath Salad.
If you’re on the go, you’ll want to grab the Roast Beast Sandwich or the Turkey Swiss Sandwich from Palace Deli & Market, French Street Bistro, or the Studio Café. And scattered throughout the park, venues like Mel’s Diner are slinging fall-forward staples like Chili and Chowder Bread Bowls, plus the triumphant return of Max’s Hot Dog — a 22-inch chili-cheese monster topped with fried potato strings.
The sweets lineup this year could make Cindy Lou Who weak at the knees. The new standout is Max’s Gingerbread Blondie, decorated with cinnamon buttercream and a tiny gingerbread antler. The returning Who Pudding (a strawberry mousse dome) is also back to delight fans, alongside a huge slate of Grinchy goodies like the Grew 3 Sizes Cookie, Grinch’s Donut, Who-bilicious Cinnamon Roll, Who-bilation Funnel Cake, and even Grinchmas-themed kettle corn.

Super Nintendo World joins in the fun too with the Snowman Hot Cocoa (Mario), complete with a Mario snowman marshmallow and whipped topping.
Holiday drinks are everywhere this year, from non-alcoholic treats like the adorable Reindeer in Training, Who-ville Snowball Fight, and Grinchmas Glow to more spirited options for grownups. Specialty cocktails include the spicy Sandilla Claus, the cozy Hot Toddy, and the vibrant Raptor Claus margarita. Isla Nu-Bar’s Ube It’s Cold Outside might just be the drink of the season, blending coconut, rum, orange liqueur, lime, and ube syrup for the perfect tropical winter moment.
Whether you’re here for Grinchmas mischief, Minion merriment, or Super Nintendo sweetness, eating your way through the holidays at Universal Studios Hollywood is basically a festive rite of passage at this point. Just come hungry — and maybe bring an extra stomach.
