It’s officially beginning to look a lot like Christmas at Walt Disney World. Disney has unveiled its holiday plans for 2026, bringing festive entertainment, returning favorites, special events, seasonal overlays, and holiday cheer to all four theme parks, Disney Springs, and resort hotels across the property.

The holiday season will run from November 13, 2026 through January 6, 2027, transforming Walt Disney World into a winter wonderland complete with festive décor, holiday treats, seasonal merchandise, character appearances, and entertainment around every corner.
At Magic Kingdom, guests can once again experience the popular Frozen Holiday Surprise, where Elsa transforms Cinderella Castle into a sparkling ice palace alongside Anna, Kristoff, Olaf, and more than 100 snowgies. The fan-favorite Jingle Cruise returns to Adventureland with holiday-themed jokes and decorations, while Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party brings exclusive entertainment, treats, and holiday overlays on select nights. Disney also confirmed that the new Disney Starlight nighttime parade will continue to perform on non-party nights throughout the season.

Over at EPCOT, the International Festival of the Holidays presented by AdventHealth returns from November 27 through December 30. Guests can enjoy Holiday Kitchens, seasonal entertainment, festive storytellers, and traditions from around the world as they travel around World Showcase.

Disney’s Hollywood Studios will once again embrace its vintage Christmas charm with the return of Sunset Seasons Greetings, transforming the Hollywood Tower Hotel with holiday-themed projection shows featuring The Muppets, Toy Story, Arendelle, and Mickey’s Christmas Carol. Guests can also enjoy the holiday finale of For the First Time in Forever: A Frozen Sing-Along Celebration, seasonal décor throughout Toy Story Land, holiday-themed character outfits, and the return of Minnie’s Holiday Dine at Hollywood & Vine.

At Disney’s Animal Kingdom, the beloved Merry Menagerie returns to Discovery Island, bringing artisan-crafted puppets of polar bears, penguins, foxes, and reindeer to life. Guests can also enjoy the Tree of Life Awakenings Holiday Edition and meet Mickey and Minnie in their festive adventurer outfits at Adventurers Outpost.

Disney Springs will once again become a holiday shopping destination with the return of the Christmas Tree Stroll, nightly snowfall in Town Center, live entertainment, seasonal shopping, and the festive holiday overlay at Jock Lindsey’s Hangar Bar. Santa Claus will also make appearances at Disney Springs and all four Walt Disney World theme parks throughout the season.

Disney also announced several holiday hotel discounts, including savings for Disney+ subscribers, Florida residents, Annual Passholders, and other resort guests booking stays during the holiday season.
