Place Cachée: Parisian Magic with a Twist
Once you step through the portal from Celestial Park (Epic Universe’s central hub), you’ll find yourself in the cobbled streets of Place Cachée, the magical Parisian district hidden in plain sight. It’s a love letter to Fantastic Beasts fans, complete with stunning architecture, magical encounters, and spellbinding storefronts. Oh, and be sure to look up: the buildings here are so tall, they dwarf anything you’ve seen in Diagon Alley—literally. Even the smallest structure in Place Cachée is bigger than the tallest in Universal Studios Florida’s Diagon Alley!
Keep your eyes peeled for a collection of iconic wands displayed above the entrance portal—including Harry’s, Hermione’s, Queenie’s, and Grindelwald’s—crowned by the Elder Wand itself. It’s the perfect visual representation of how the past, present, and future of the Wizarding World collide here.

The Main Attraction: Harry Potter and the Battle at the Ministry
Your magical journey doesn’t stop in Paris. Thanks to the Métro-Floo (a whimsical twist on the classic Floo Network), you’ll travel to the British Ministry of Magic to witness the trial of none other than Dolores Umbridge. Spoiler alert: she doesn’t go quietly.
“Harry Potter and the Battle at the Ministry” is a high-tech, heart-racing attraction that sends guests careening through the Ministry in magical, omnidirectional lifts. You’ll join Harry, Hermione, Ron, and an all-new character—Higgledy the house-elf—as they chase Umbridge through departments and dodge spells from Death Eaters and dark creatures alike.
It’s part thrill ride, part motion simulation, and 100% unforgettable.

A Spectacle of Sorcery: Le Cirque Arcanus
Before you make your getaway to London, don’t miss Le Cirque Arcanus, a fully realized stage show set in a magical big top. This performance brings the darkly whimsical traveling circus from The Crimes of Grindelwald to life. It’s packed with aerial acrobatics, fantastical beasts, stunning puppetry, and even a Demiguise or two.
The storyline? Ringmaster Skender has stolen Newt Scamander’s suitcase in a last-ditch effort to revive his circus’s glory. Thankfully, Gwenlyn (a brave circus hand) steps up to save the creatures—and the day.

Wand at the Ready: Interactive Spellcasting & Characters
Want to show off your dueling chops? Place Cachée is brimming with interactive wand locations. You’ll cast spells, encounter Bowtruckles and Nifflers, and even interact with the mischievous (and slightly alarming) Monster Book of Monsters—yes, it opens, and yes, it might try to bite you.
While you explore, you may run into familiar faces and new magical personalities:
- Aurors patrolling the streets
- Cosme Acajor, a renowned Parisian wandmaker
- Exchange students from Hogwarts, Ilvermorny, and Beauxbatons
- A musical trio accompanied by a fuzzy, purring Puffskein named Plume

Dining Fit for a Witch or Wizard
We hope you brought your appetite because the culinary options in the Ministry of Magic land are magnifique.
- Café L’Air De La Sirène: An elegant Parisian café serving French classics like Quiche Lorraine, Butterbeer Crêpes, and the delightfully named Baguette de Dinde.
- Le Gobelet Noir: A dark and moody inn where you can dine like a rogue wizard. Try the Alchemist’s Platter or a hearty vegan Lentil Stew.
- Bar Moonshine: Wizarding Americana meets Paris charm in this tucked-away tavern. Sip on a Fleur 75 (gin + bubbles = cheers!) while admiring U.S. Quidditch memorabilia.
- Bièraubeurre Cart: For your Butterbeer fix, hot or cold—because some traditions must be upheld.

Magical Merch: Shopping in Place Cachée
