Blast off into Outer Space at The Space 220 Restaurant in Epcot

Prepare for liftoff! We embarked on an extraordinary voyage at Space 220 Restaurant, the newest jewel in the crown of EPCOT’s Mission: SPACE Pavilion. This incredible dining experience isn’t just about the food – it’s a full-fledged space adventure!

Step aboard a specially designed space elevator, the Stellarvator, and prepare to be wowed. As you ascend, virtual viewports will showcase a breathtaking aerial panorama of EPCOT shrinking beneath you. This isn’t just any elevator ride, it’s your portal to an incredible journey into space!

We disembarked and found ourselves at our table within the sleek confines of the Centauri Space Station. There, 220 miles above Earth, we got to take in a breathtaking panorama view of our beautiful planet. You can look out of the expansive windows and marvel at the ever-changing spectacle of our planet. We got to witness the majestic blues and whites of Earth during the day, but you can also be captivated by the glittering tapestry of city lights at night!

But the magic doesn’t stop there. Space 220 offers a delectable prix fixe menu for lunch and dinner, featuring modern American cuisine with a touch of the extraordinary. You can be seated in main dining area with a pre fix menu, or for a more casual dining experience you can also be seated in the restaurant’s lounge area, still being able to see the same incredible views! Savor dishes with whimsical space-inspired names, all crafted with the finest ingredients. We tried the Gemini Burger- a delicious beef burger with white cheddar cheese, bacon, shredded lettuce, tomatoes and roasted pepper citrus aioli with a side of fries. It was out of this world! For dessert, we satisfied our sweet tooth with the Saturn Sandbox- a delicious custard cream based dessert filled with strawberries and vanilla wafer crumbles topped with strawberry flavored jelly bellies.
