Question: My child loves the Disney Princesses. Is there anywhere to meet them aboard a Disney Cruise?
Answer: Yes!! In addition to being made to feel like royalty aboard the Disney Cruise Line, you also will have opportunities to meet the beloved Princesses during your voyage. Here are a few ways to get up close to them.
Princesses gather in the three-deck atrium lobby on each ship and this truly elegant experience is a great place to meet the ladies and take photographs. Typically three or more Princesses are present at one time, and the dazzling chandelier and grand staircase provide the perfect backdrop to capture this memorable experience.
On the Disney Fantasy, you can choose to meet the Disney Princesses at the Royal Court Tea. This afternoon event will transport you and your family into a fairytale and features storytelling as the Princesses dance around the room and meet guests.
One of the ports of the Disney Magic is Alesund, Norway, and Anna and Elsa accompany cruisers for a traditional Norwegian summer celebration. The festivities are topped off with the grand arrival of everyone’s favorite sisters and their pal, Kristoff, who joins in the fun.
At Disney’s Oceaneer Club on the Disney Magic, Disney Dream and Disney Fantasy, the littlest cruisers can take part in Once Upon a Time- a musical sorry time where a princess shares tales of her adventures in a faraway kingdom.
And finally, we can’t forget about the live stage shows aboard the Disney Cruise Line. These Broadway-style shows truly capture the Disney magic and the Princesses take center stage at Walt Disney Theatre. This provides a great place to see your favorite Princesses singing and dancing, set to the tales you love.
As you can see, there are many ways to encounter the Disney Princesses on the Disney Cruise Line, along with many of your other favorite Disney pals. This is just another way that the cruise line caters to family entertainment and provides an amazing experience for all.
