Disney Cast Members Debut Fresh New Looks Across Walt Disney World
Some familiar faces around Walt Disney World are sporting brand-new looks thanks to the Disney Live Entertainment costuming team. As part of a fresh round of updates, several cast member roles across the resort are debuting redesigned costumes that blend Disney storytelling with comfort and functionality.

One of the biggest updates is arriving for parking and auto plaza cast members. These bright new uniforms feature a playful print filled with Disney transportation references, including sketches of famous vehicles from attractions and films. Guests may spot nods to classics like Herbie the Love Bug alongside modern favorites such as TRON Lightcycle / Run. The design also incorporates the iconic Walt Disney World Mickey globe logo, while raglan sleeves allow for easier movement and epaulettes provide practical functionality for cast members working in busy arrival areas.
At EPCOT, cast members working inside The Land Pavilion are also receiving refreshed costumes inspired by the pavilion’s original design aesthetic. The new wardrobe features an abstract interpretation of the pavilion’s classic icon rendered in an organic, impressionist style. Designers say the goal was to capture EPCOT’s vintage charm while still creating something modern that reflects the pavilion’s natural themes.

The costuming team also created updated outfits for outdoor vending cast members at Magic Kingdom. These blue tops feature a custom print inspired by fireworks and the plant life found throughout the park’s different lands. Hidden among the artwork are several subtle Hidden Mickeys, giving guests a fun Easter egg to discover.
Beyond storytelling details, the new costumes focus heavily on comfort and performance for cast members working long shifts outdoors. The garments include stretch fabrics and built-in UPF protection, helping cast members stay comfortable while working in Florida’s heat.

According to Disney’s costuming team, cast member feedback plays a major role in the design process. Designers conduct wear tests, try-ons, and role shadowing sessions to ensure each costume works well for the roles cast members perform every day.
