Everything New Coming to Disney Springs This Summer
Disney Springs is shaping up to be one of the hottest destinations at Walt Disney World this summer, with a wave of new entertainment, dining, shopping, and family-friendly experiences arriving across the shopping and dining district. From interactive gaming adventures and savory new eateries to custom snacks and dance parties, there’s plenty for guests to discover during their next visit.

Leading the charge is Level99, the highly anticipated interactive gaming venue opening June 29 on the West Side. The massive two-story attraction will feature more than 60 challenge rooms, physical games, puzzle-solving experiences, and player-versus-player competitions, making it one of the largest entertainment additions Disney Springs has seen in years. Guests can also enjoy handcrafted cocktails, Detroit-style pizza, wagyu burgers, and other scratch-made menu items while taking a break from the action.

Foodies will also have several new options to explore. Gideon’s Bakehouse is preparing to debut its new sister concept, Six Ravens, which will specialize in savory hand pies known as Coffyns, inspired by historic European pastries. Meanwhile, Morimoto Asia is adding the new Kakigori Kool stand, serving refreshing Japanese shaved ice treats perfect for Florida’s summer heat. Snack lovers can also create their own custom popcorn mix at Goofy’s Candy Company, featuring buttered, caramel, and an exclusive orange citrus popcorn flavor paired with candy mix-ins and chocolate drizzles.

Shopping fans have reasons to celebrate as well. Vans is opening a new retail location at Disney Springs, while Oakley has already unveiled its newly refreshed store. Looking ahead, Disney also announced that Ghirardelli Soda Fountain & Chocolate Shop will undergo a major renovation beginning in 2027, bringing additional indoor seating and a refreshed layout while continuing operations from a temporary location.

Families visiting this summer will find even more entertainment thanks to special dance parties inspired by Disney Channel favorites, beach-themed cookie decorating experiences at Amorette’s Patisserie, discounted child tickets for Drawn to Life presented by Cirque du Soleil, and expanded seating areas throughout the West Side. With so many new experiences arriving, Disney Springs continues to evolve into a destination that’s much more than shopping and dining.
