Walt Disney World Theme Parks

  1. If you have little ones, head to Disney’s Hollywood Studios for a Halloween-inspired character dining experience at Hollywood & Vine. Enjoy a delightful buffet-style meal at All-You-Care-To-Enjoy dining experiences, where your little ones under 3 eat for free. While you savor your meal, Minnie and her friends will be dressed in their Halloween best, ready to entertain your family with fun and games. Your kids will love giggling with Cowboy Goofy and a not-so-scary Vampire Mickey!

2. Did you know you can embark on a seasonal scavenger hunt around EPCOT? Join Pluto on a pumpkin-filled adventure with Pluto’s Pumpkin Pursuit! Buy a game board and stickers, then explore the park to discover hidden character pumpkins. Once you’ve found them all, return your game board for a spooky souvenir to remember your trip! You can join the hunt September 27 through November 1st while supplies last.

Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party

3. If you’re heading to Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party with little ones, we have some advice for making the most of your evening at this separately ticketed event. Enjoy an early dinner and arrive at Magic Kingdom Park by 4 p.m. to maximize your time. Most little ones won’t last until midnight, so snap your family photos right away and plan to catch the earlier Mickey’s Boo-To-You Halloween Parade at 8:15 p.m.

4. We’re going to let you in on a little secret. Adults can dress up in costumes for Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party at Magic Kingdom Park! This is the perfect chance to involve the whole family in the magic by choosing a group costume based on your child’s favorite Disney character. Whether you’re Andy’s favorite toys or a crew of Never Land locals, be sure to check the event’s official costume guidelines before you go.

Disney Springs

5. Disney Springs is the best place for the whole family to get into the Halloween spirit! Experience the Halloween fun at Disney Springs! Discover seasonal décor, Halloween merchandise, and delicious treats with a spooky twist. As the sun goes down, enjoy eerie entertainment, including dance parties, street performers, and DJs spinning spooky tunes!

6. Looking for a unique way to commemorate your family’s visit to Walt Disney World during the Halloween season? We recommend stopping by the Disney PhotoPass Studio at Disney Springs for a seasonal photo session. Disney PhotoPass photographers are ready to capture your spooky smiles! Enjoy a complimentary photo experience with no reservations required. Your photos will be available for viewing and purchase on the My Disney Experience mobile app (and included with your Memory Maker purchase).

7. After a long day at the theme parks, we love to head back to our Disney Resort hotel to catch a movie under the stars. As Halloween approaches, check the recreation schedule for spooky movie screenings during your stay. Grab some seasonal treats from your resort’s quick-service dining location and get ready for a frightfully fun evening!

8. If you’re staying at a Disney Resort hotel on Halloween night, we recommend visiting the front desk or checking out the special activities board to see what Halloween-inspired activities your resort has planned. One year, kids got to show off their Halloween costumes in a fun parade in the lobby. You might also find trick-or-treat trails, haunted scavenger hunts, ghoulish pool parties, and other exciting Halloween activities!
