I often get comments on my Disney Chase Visa Card when I go to pay for things – the shimmery Castle design always catches everyone’s eye, and they also often asked things like “Do you get free trips to Disney with that thing?” and while the answer is technically no, the card itself is still awesome, and has some pretty sweet perks:
Discounts On Disney Merchandise: Save 10% on Disney purchases at the Disney store and shopDisney.com. Receive 10% off select merchandise purchases of $50 or more at select merchandise locations at Walt Disney World & Disneyland
Rewards Dollars: Earn 1% in Disney Rewards Dollars on all card purchases that can be redeemed toward most anything Disney at most Disney locations. What I like about the rewards dollars is they are easy to redeem and use – you can check your balance with a link right on the chase site when you’re there paying your bill (also really easy to do online!), and then you can transfer the points to a “rewards card” which basically then acts as a gift card and can be used at Disney Parks and the Disney Store!
Disney Parks Perks: Your Disney Chase Visa will also get you some great perks when you’re at the Disney Parks, too! 10% off dining and shopping, as well as 15% off select guided tours, PLUS special character meet and greets available ONLY to Disney Chase Visa cardholders
Sign-Up Bonus: Now, this one isn’t always a given, but sometimes you can snag a perk just for signing up and getting approved for the card! Currently, they Chase is offering a “$50 Statement Credit after first purchase with a new Disney Visa Card” – but this changes pretty often, and sometimes there is no sign up perk at all. I still think it’s an amazing credit card even without a Sign-Up Bonus, so if they happen to offer it and you get it, then that’s just a little extra Disney Magic for you!
I personally have had the Disney Chase Visa for years now – and my husband and I use it ALL THE TIME – for everything. It’s amazing – so amazing that you might think this is a sponsored post and that Chase is paying me to talk up their Disney Visa – but they in no way are doing that – I literally just love the card that much, and have been able to use the rewards points and discounts for our (many!) Disney trips throughout the years.
