Splash into Fun! Your Guide to Tiana’s Bayou Adventure at Disney World

Get ready to join Tiana for a splashtastic Mardi Gras celebration! Tiana’s Bayou Adventure, the new log flume ride inspired by “The Princess and the Frog,” opens its doors at Magic Kingdom on June 28th. This article will guide you through everything you need to know before you embark on this musical adventure!

Here are some tips on how you can ride Tiana’s Bayou Adventure:

Virtual Queue: Be there early! When the ride opens, guests can request a spot in the virtual queue at 7 am or 1 pm through the My Disney Experience app. A standby queue might be available later, but for now, secure your virtual spot!
Disney Genie+ Service: This service allows access to a Lightning Lane for the ride, offering a faster queue. You can purchase it on the My Disney Experience app.
Capture the Memories: Don’t forget to smile! Disney PhotoPass will capture a special photo as you journey through the bayou. Download it with Memory Maker, an all-inclusive photo package.
Prepare to Get Wet!: It’s a Mardi Gras celebration, and things might get a little splashy! Bring rain gear if you prefer to stay dry, or grab ponchos within Magic Kingdom.

Hungry for more fun? No bayou visit is complete without delicious treats! Don’t miss the limited-edition Tiana’s Famous Beignets, available for a short time only at Golden Oak Outpost and The Friar’s Nook. After riding the new attraction, we can bet you’ll want to take a piece of the bayou home with you. Starting June 28, you can find the collections for Tiana’s Bayou Adventure and “The Princess and the Frog”-inspired merchandise at the Emporium at Magic Kingdom. And, shortly after the attraction debuts, the merchandise will hop over to Critter Co-Op in Frontierland.
