Carousel of Progress
Carousel of Progress
  • Walt Disney’s Carousel of Progress
    • Though this list truly has no order, Walt Disney’s Carousel of Progress had to be at the top of this list. The ride itself is a piece of Disney nostalgia and one of the only rides in the park that Walt himself had a hand in creating. We definitely recommend you staying awake for your first viewing. So what makes ride the perfect nap zone? Well, simply put: it’s dark, air-conditioned, and its run time is 21 minutes. All these things attributes make it the perfect place to zonk out for a brief shuteye.
  • Tomorrowland Transit Authority PeopleMover
    • Hop aboard this 10-minute ride around Tomorrowland. Take this precious time to get off your feet and see Tomorrowland from a different perspective. Plenty of nap champions have used this ride to get the mini-nap they’ve needed to get them through the day. Plus, the behind-the-scene tours are there to give you the dark and air-conditioned comfort we all need after a long morning at Magic Kingdom.

  • Walt Disney’s Enchanted Tiki Room
    • The Enchanted Tiki Room is not a nap spot for those who hate a storm – but for those of us who love a snooze during a raging storm, this is the attraction for you. Dark, musical, and full of comfy, air-conditioned cozy spots, the Tiki Room is one of the most desirable nap locations throughout Walt Disney World.
  • The Hall of Presidents
    • Ah, Politics – it’s enough to make anyone fall asleep. Just Kidding! But if the history buff in your life decides they are determined to see The Hall of Presidents, don’t say no! Use this whopping 25-minute show to take a bit of snooze as the Presidents discuss their achievements in the background. It’s dark, not too loud, and of course, the most important thing is this ride is air-conditioned!
  • Mickey’s PhilharMagic
    • Last on our list is a bit loud but a dedicated napper can make this attraction work. Mickey’s PhilharMagic has the tunes to lull you into the nap that will help you finish the day strong. Your kiddos won’t even notice you’re asleep as their favorite Disney toons are drifting you to sleep!
