We asked and you answered! Thank you to all of our Disney Addicts who told us your top favorites in Disney’s California Adventure Park! There is a lot of fun on this list and of course some adventures.

So without any further ado, here are the top 5 favorites as chosen by you, our Disney Addict fans:

Tied for #1. Radiator Springs Racers

One fan tells us, “it is like I am literally in the movie!”

This is my personal favorite as well! Great choice Disney Addicts! This ride is located in Cars Land which opened in California Adventure in 2012. Riders need to be 40″ or taller to ride. The ride goes both indoors and outside. There are small drops and parts of it are dark and loud. But you really are riding through Radiator Springs and you are truly racing! The ride does have a warning: “For safety, you should be in good health and free from high blood pressure, heart, back or neck problems, motion sickness, or other conditions that could be aggravated by this adventure. Expectant mothers should not ride.”

Tied for #1. Guardians of the Galaxy – Mission: BREAKOUT!

Fans are raving about Guardians of the Galaxy.

I have a hard time with this ride because I loved the theming of the Tower of Terror. But I have to admit with re-theming of this ride in 2017, I love the soundtrack! I almost forget that I am falling from the sky! This attraction is located in Hollywood Land and riders must be 40″ or taller. This is considered a thrill ride and may be scary for little ones, but I do have to say, this has been my daughter’s favorite ride since she was 4! The ride does have a warning: “For safety, you should be in good health and free from high blood pressure, heart, back or neck problems, motion sickness, or other conditions that could be aggravated by this adventure. Expectant mothers should not ride.”

#3. The Little Mermaid ~ Ariel’s Undersea Adventure

This is a must do for my family on every visit! You hop in your clam and go under the sea (you don’t actually get wet). You travel through the whole movie in this ride! It is located in Paradise Gardens Park and it is great for all riders because it is a slow ride and there isn’t a height requirement.

#4. Monsters, Inc. Mike & Sulley to the Rescue!

I feel like this is the most underrated ride in all of California Adventure! Most guests don’t even realize it is there. It is tucked in the back of Hollywood Land. You get to hop in your taxi and take a tour around Monstropolis! Every time I ride this attraction I find a new detail, like the signs in this picture! It is so fun to just look around. It is also a perfect ride for all ages!

#5. Soarin’ Around the World

This ride was rethemed in 2016 and switched from focusing on California sites to now you get to soar over the whole world. This ride is one for your senses! You truly are immersed in the places you visit, from the wind in your hair to the smell of the ocean. This attraction is located in Grizzly Peak and you must be 40″ or taller. There is also a motion sickness and fear of heights warning for this ride as you could be aggravated by this experience.

Honorable Mention

I also want to give an honorable mention to all of the other rides, attractions, and fun things to do that you all voted for: Grizzly River Run, Jumpin’ Jellyfish, Incredicoaster, the Pixar Pal-A-Round Wheel, the Newsboys Show, eating at Wine Country Trattoria and watching World of Color, interacting with all of the characters, getting the new souvenir popcorn buckets, the Redwood Creek Challenge Trail, and Pixar Pier in general!
