At Bigfire, the color palette screams Valentine’s with a fresh Strawberry Salad dressed in raspberry-champagne vinaigrette, a massive 32-ounce Rib Eye Tomahawk served with black truffle mac and cheese and broiled caulilini, and a heart-shaped Lychee Raspberry Cake finished with white chocolate mousse, berry gelée, and gold accents.

Over at The Toothsome Chocolate Emporium & Savory Feast Kitchen, romance comes with a French twist, from Penelope’s Red Velvet Waffle loaded with chocolate chips and strawberry cream cheese, to a Broiled Swordfish topped with shrimp pâté crust and citrus-white wine velouté, plus the over-the-top Jacques’ Strawberry Love Potion Shake crowned with cheesecake, whipped cream, and chocolate balsamic strawberries.

VIVO Italian Kitchen is offering a full Valentine’s Day three-course experience starting with a shareable charcuterie board, followed by a tender Broiled Chateaubriand drizzled in chianti wine reduction over parmesan orzo, and ending on a sweet note with White Chocolate Tiramisu layered with mascarpone, mousse, and coffee-soaked ladyfingers.
