A day at Disney can get busy, and time can get away from you. Many guest wonder what happens if they miss their fast pass time. With only having 3 initial FastPass+ available and then additional FastPass+ one by one through the day, it can be inconvenient to miss a FastPass+, yet it does happen. Whether your lunch ran over or you were stuck on an attraction, have no worries. There are no negative consequences to missing a FastPass+ time, other than missing going on the attraction or ride. You will not be prevented from making more and will not lose any that may have been preselected. As long as there is FastPass+ available for the desired attraction, you will be able to secure another FastPass+.
To make another FastPass+ selection for the one that you missed, you have several options. First you can use your mobile phone and make changes through your My Disney Experience account without any additional steps to ensure the Fastpass+ is linked to your Magic Band. Second, depending on your location at the time, you can make changes at a FastPass+ kiosk in the park (based on attraction availability). With highly popular attractions, there is the slight possibility that there may not be any FastPass+ left, however Disney has given guests an awesome experience with many new Standby Que’s, so even if you have to wait in standby, it’s sure to be an enjoyable experience.
