Edge – This is an interactive place where tweens can go to listen to music, play video games, sing karaoke, participate in a scavenger hunt, and other special events and themed nights. The trained onboard counselors will supervise your children so you can rest assured that they are being taken care of. Counselors even lead games and activities that are sure to spark their imaginations!
Live Shows, Character Experiences and Deck Parties – People of all ages enjoy the amazing live shows aboard Disney Cruise Lines and tweens are no exception. You are never too old to meet some of your favorite characters. Tweens can also enjoy the deck parties such as Star Wars Day at Sea (available on select cruises), Sail-Away Celebration, Pirate Night and more!. Be sure to check your cruise itinerary to see which shows and parties will be available during your sailing.
Pools – Whether your tween likes to relax, swim, play games, or watch movies, the pool is the place to be. They can enjoy Disney classics while soaking in the pool and catching some rays. They may even want to just lounge poolside and read a good book. If you find yourself on the Disney Fantasy or Wonder, the thrilling water coaster called the AuqaDuck might just be a favorite for the whole family.
Food – Disney Cruise Line offers more food than you could even imagine. Your tween is bound to find something that makes them happy and keeps them coming back. Your tween may especially enjoy the endless pizza, chicken tenders, french fries, ice cream, etc. They can even call room service which is complimentary! The amazing restaurants on board are sure to amaze. From Animator’s Palate to the Enchanted Garden, your tween may even form a fun relationship with your server as they rotate with you among the restaurants on board. (Restaurants vary depending on which cruise ship you are on.)
Sports – Aboard the Disney Dream and Fantasy, tweens can enjoy Goofy’s Sports Deck! They can play basketball, enjoy a round of mini golf, or check out the virtual sports simulators. Feeling sporty yourself? Go ahead and join in on the fun!
