Q. “When do I find out my resort room number?”
A. When you arrive at The Walt Disney World Resort, you first go to your resort hotel and check in at the front desk.
At Check In, the Walt Disney World Resort Cast Member will hand your welcome folder to you as well as your MagicBands (if needed). The Cast member will then make sure that everything is in order with your stay and you will receive a Resort map showing where your room is located as well as the Room Number. If you room is not yet ready, they will ask for your cell phone number for the reservation, and text you when your room is available.
If you have any special room requests please make sure to select them 60 days prior to your stay via the “My Disney Experience” using the Online Check-In option.
