Q. Where can I find Pick-A-Pearl?
A. You can find Pick-A-Pearl in four location at Walt Disney World
- Japan Pavilion at Epcot inside the large Mitsukoshi
- A kiosk at Downtown Disney near the Pin Traders outpost
- A kiosk at Typhoon Lagoon
- A kiosk on the path outside the Stormalong Bay pool area at the Yacht & Beach Club resorts.
To participate you pay around $17.00 and you select an oyster from a tank. You do not actually handle the oyster, instead a very enthusiastic cast member fishes the oyster out and with a great ceremony that includes teaching you to count down from three in Japanese, cuts the oyster open revealing your treasure.
