Why We Love: Backlot Express

Have you had a chance to experience the Backlot Express? If you haven’t, have no fear! This Quick-Service Quick-Stop is simply delightful! For those who love a sandwich to quench their Disney Vacation hunger pangs, this menu has quite a lot to offer in terms of variety for whomever you travel with. Plus, they have a pretty unique seating selection! So why am I trying to convince you to head to the Backlot Express? Check out our reasons why below!

Bowls and Salads: At Disney, sometimes we need a break from every delicious sweet treat that comes our way. If you are looking to get some grains and vegetables back in your system after a few days of eating everything carb-y in sight, Backlot Express has a few options for you. They have a Teriyaki Chicken Bowl that will give you a pep in your step. Keep your eyes open for the Southwest Salad – served with Chicken… or not! If you are going the plant-based route, Backlot Express has a bowl just for you! The Teriyaki Tofu Bowl is here to please!

Burgers and a Sandwich!: Ok so you like your meals served between two buns – I like your style! They’ve got some great burger options like their famous Smoked BBQ Pulled Pork Burger – as well as a cheeseburger and a bacon cheeseburger. Our sites were set on their Cuban Sandwich! Thats right! You can grab a filling Cuban Sandwich made with Roasted Pulled Pork, Sliced Ham, Swiss, Pickles, and Mustard. YUM
Cocktail Please!: You are on vacation after all! If you are the drink-with-a-meal type this menu has unique cocktails and a variety of beers to enjoy your meal with!
