Whether you’re a youngling, or a seasoned Jedi Knight, visiting a galaxy far, far away is now better than ever. Ride Star Tours- The Adventure Continues – At Disney’s Hollywood Studios you can experience the Star Wars galaxy aboard a Starspeeder 1000. Take a jump into Hyperspace on this 3D motion simulated ride and come face to face with R2-D2, C-P30, Boba Fett, or even Darth Vader himself. With an ever-changing set of scenarios, you will never experience the same adventure twice.
Get a Souvenir from Tatooine Traders – From apparel, to pins, to light sabers, and everything in between, this store has rare and unique Star Wars memorabilia sure to entice any Jedi. Want a droid of your very own? You can custom build one right there in the store.
Build a Lightsaber – Will you fight for the Dark Side or the Light? With a variety of handle styles and blade colors, you can create a custom lightsaber to fit the Jedi within. Lightsabers can be built at Tatooine Traders in Disney’s Hollywood Studios or at Once Upon a Toy in Disney Springs.
Become a Jedi – Young padawan learners, ages 4 to 12, can be trained in the ways of the Force at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. Under the tutelage of Jedi Knights, younglings will learn how to wield a lightsaber using the Force and their wits. They may even have to use their training to battle the Dark Side. Younglings wishing to participate in training must register before the show at the Indiana Jones Adventure Outpost. Registration opens when the park opens and all participants must be present at registration.
Pose for Pictures – Make sure you snap a selfie to prove that you visited a galaxy far, far away. You can cower under a massive AT-AT, balance on a speeder bike, or take a variety of photos inside the reminisce of Mos Eisley’s intergalactic cantina. Don’t forget to show the humans back on Earth once you return!
Visit the Star Wars Launch Bay – You can pose with Chewbacca and make a furry friend. Or maybe you’d like to encounter Kylo Ren on the bridge of his command ship. Coming this spring, the loyal, and lovable droid, BB-8 will be rolling around the Launch Bay as well. Plus, enjoy immersive exhibits and get a peek behind the scenes of Rogue One: A Star Wars Story. If you’re looking for even more Star Wars memorabilia, check out Launch Bay Cargo for life-size sculptures, autographed movie memorabilia, high-end movie prop replicas and print-on-demand phone cases featuring your choice of extraordinary Star Wars art.
Watch the Star Wars: A Galaxy Far, Far Away Live Show – Witness the power of the Force as Kylo Ren, Chewbacca, BB-8, Darth Maul and many more recreate famous movie vignettes right before your eyes! Did you see Rogue One: A Star Wars Story? Well, keep your eyes peeled for special appearances by characters from the movie. Shows take place daily in Disney’s Hollywood Studios.
Enjoy Star Wars: A Galactic Spectacular – Wrap up your day of adventure with this nighttime spectacular that’s truly, out of this world. State-of-the-art projection effects, dynamic lighting, lasers and pyrotechnics light up the night like never before! The music, magic and characters of the Star Wars films combine with special effects and fireworks to put you inside iconic scenes from the Star Wars saga. If you want to make the evening extra special, tickets can be purchased in advance, through your travel agent or the Disney website, to attend the Star Wars: A Galactic Spectacular Dessert Party. For guests ages 10 and up the ticket price is $69, and for guest ages 3 to 9 the ticket price is $39.
Experience a Star Wars Guided Tour – If you truly wish to experience all of the Star Wars adventures that Disney’s Hollywood Studios has to offer, you might want to consider taking this one-of-a-kind VIP tour. On this 7 hour guided tour, you will receive VIP access to all of the Star Wars characters and attractions, as well as preferential seating for all performances and shows. If that isn’t enough, a Star Wars themed lunch and the Star Wars: A Galactic Spectacular Dessert Party are included in your tour fee. Tickets can be purchased in advance through your travel agent or the Disney website, and cost $121.12 per person.
Anticipate Star Wars Land – Keep your eyes peeled for news and updates about Star Wars Land. This land is currently under construction at Disney’s Hollywood Studios and will encompass 14 acres of the park. If all goes to plan, it will open in 2019.
