Satu’li Canteen is hands down one of my favorite restaurants at Disney. This quick-service restaurant is not one to be missed! You can find it in Pandora at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Park. This unique and eclectic restaurant brings to you the flavors of the Na’vi. There are so many options available, and you are sure to find something for everyone in your dining party.
I really enjoy the atmosphere and theming of this restaurant. You will not find a typical quick-service location when dining here. There are both indoor and outdoor seating options, and we have never had trouble finding a table. The large windows and open-air concept bring in lots of natural light. You definitely know you’re not eating in a cafeteria when you dine here. Disney seems to always go above and beyond with theming, and you will really feel as though you are dining in Pandora.
Of course, the food at Satu’li is also great! The menu really does offer something for everyone. From the unique and delicious cheeseburger pods to the endless options of specialty bowls, you really can’t go wrong here. The bowls are very popular, and many guests enjoy trying new combinations each time. Here are the different bowl options:
Base
- Red and sweet potato hash
- Noodles
- Rice and Beans
- Hearty Salad
- No base
Protein
- Combination Bowl: grilled beef and chicken
- Chili-garlic shrimp bowl
- Slow-roasted sliced grilled beef bowl
- Chopped wood-grilled chicken bowl
- Chili-spiced crispy fried tofu bowl
Sauce
- Charred green onion vinaigrette
- Black bean vinaigrette
- Creamy herb sauce
- No sauce
There are so many delicious combinations to try! To make the bowls even better, they are topped with fruity boba balls to give an extra splash of flavor. Pictured below is my personal favorite bowl combination- noodles, chicken, and creamy herb sauce.
This brings me to my very favorite thing about this restaurant- the dessert! The blueberry cheesecake mousse is one of my absolute favorite desserts and a must-have for me every time! This dessert is as beautiful to look at as it is delicious.
