EPCOT Gets the Royal Treatment and a New View

First up, let’s talk about Frozen Ever After over in EPCOT’s Norway pavilion. We’ve all been hearing the buzz about those super-advanced Audio-Animatronics figures over in Hong Kong’s World of Frozen, and guess what? Anna, Elsa, and Kristoff are getting those same stunning updates! You can expect to see them in all their high-tech glory when the ride reopens in February 2026. I’m already prepared to get “Let It Go” stuck in my head for the entire day, but at least the figures will look amazing!

Speaking of EPCOT, we’re getting a major dose of patriotism because of the USA’s 250th anniversary! Get ready to fly high because Soarin’ Across America is taking over the beloved flight simulator by Memorial Day. It’s a limited-time immersive experience that will send you soaring over new scenic vistas across the good ol’ U.S. of A.
Magic Kingdom’s Classics Level Up

Magic Kingdom fans, you’re getting two big spring surprises! The Big Thunder Mountain Railroad is set to reopen this spring 2026 after a massive top-to-bottom refurbishment. We’ve been told to look out for “touches of new magic” and some seriously cool lighting and effects in the mysterious Rainbow Caverns deep inside the mountain. I’m betting on more trouble than gold, but that’s what makes it the wildest ride in the wilderness!

Right next door in Tomorrowland, we’ll be able to grab our blasters again on Buzz Lightyear’s Space Ranger Spin. It’s reopening in spring 2026 with souped-up ride vehicles, brand-new handheld blasters, and upgraded interactive targets. Time to finally earn that elusive Galactic Hero rank!
Hollywood Studios: Rockin’ with Muppets and the Mandalorian

Disney’s Hollywood Studios is seeing the biggest changes! Let’s get the sad news out of the way first: your last chance to rock out with Aerosmith on Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster will be in spring 2026, because this summer, the attraction is getting a Muppetational transformation! That’s right, the coaster will reopen in summer 2026 starring The Muppets!

If that wasn’t enough excitement, the biggest hunk of junk in the galaxy is getting a fresh mission. Over in Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge, Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run is launching an all-new adventure centered around The Mandalorian and Grogu starting on May 22nd. Get ready to pilot that ship through a whole new, thrilling storyline! 2026 is definitely the year to book that trip!
