What to See: 2026 Topiaries & Global Gardens
With over 60 topiaries this year, the park is looking greener than ever. 2026 brings exciting new additions alongside the classics:

- New for 2026: Look for Stitch near Mission: SPACE, Lightning McQueen & Mater in World Discovery, and the Toy Story gang (Buzz, Woody, and Bo Peep) at the Main Entrance.

- Fan Favorites: Don’t miss Tiana (American Adventure), Anna and Elsa (Norway), and the whimsical Figment in World Celebration.

What to Eat: The Garden Graze and Beyond
The 2026 festival features over 20 Outdoor Kitchens. The big news this year is the debut of Nectar, a booth focused on fresh, vibrant ingredients.
The Garden Graze (Food Crawl)
Purchase any five of these plant-based items, collect your stamps in your passport, and head to Pineapple Promenade for a prize (a Pineapple/Vanilla DOLE Whip swirl and a wildflower seed packet!):

- Poke Bowl (Nectar)
- Coconut Panna Cotta (Nectar)

- Grilled Street Corn (Beach Grub)

- Avocado Toast (BRUNCHCOT)
- Lumpia or Lemon Tart (The Citrus Blossom)
- Coconut-Chocolate Flan Bizcocho (La Isla Fresca)

- Potato Pancakes (Bauernmarkt)
- Seasonal Fruit Parfait (Refreshment Outpost)

The Hits (What to Eat)
- Blackened Fish Slider (Florida Fresh): This new addition at CommuniCore Plaza was absolutely delicious and has quickly become a festival favorite. The pairing of the perfectly seasoned fish with a crispy fried green tomato and tangy Cajun rémoulade on a buttery brioche bun is a winner.

- Frushi (Japan): This remains an absolute must-try. It is incredibly refreshing and the perfect light snack for a Florida afternoon.

- Bananas Foster Funnel Cake: Truly a “chef’s kiss” moment—rich, sweet, and shareable.

- Mickey Lemon Violet Macaron: While the “violet” flavor is subtle, the citrus is bright and the vanilla crème shines.

- Orange Cream Shake (Sunshine Seasons): The shake itself is creamy perfection, even if the accompanying cookie is just okay.

What to Skip: The 2026 Disappointments
Not every “bloom” is a rose! Here are the items and experiences we recommend skipping this year:
Living with the Land “Overlay”: Usually a festival highlight, the 2026 “decor” is extremely lacking. Compared to the massive Princess overlay of 2025, this year feels sparse and uninspired.

Butterfly Landing: While this may be a popular area for some, and if may just be too early in the season- we were quite bored walking through this area. I think we saw a total of 3 butterflies in the entire exhibit. The prettiest butterfly was the giant topiary outside of the canopy.

Dubai Chocolate Frozen Cappuccino: This was our biggest letdown drink at the Canada Joffrey’s. It didn’t capture that signature Dubai chocolate flavor at all; it just tasted like a standard mocha latte.

Nighttime Spike Exhibit (CommuniCore Hall): The “Sunlight to Starbright in Spike’s Garden” exhibit is a bit of a letdown. While the idea of a garden transitioning from day to night sounds magical, the execution feels underwhelming and isn’t worth a special trip inside.

More fun Entertainment & Scavenger Hunts
- Garden Rocks Concert Series: Catch famous acts Friday–Monday or local talent Tuesday–Thursday at the America Gardens Theatre.

- Spike’s Pollen-Nation Exploration: For $11.99, grab a map and follow Spike the Bee around the park. Your prize is one of four adorable Disney character-themed miniature pots!
- Egg-stravaganza: A limited-time Easter egg hunt through World Showcase (available while supplies last).
