Celebrate Earth Day For A Week At Disney’s Animal Kingdom!

Earth Day might be a month away but Disney’s Animal Kingdom is already preparing for this big celebration!

From April 18 through April 24 you will be able to discover the magic of our beautiful planet and connect with nature through family-friendly experiences and special offerings. Let’s take a look at everything that will be waiting for you:

Start by learning about the animal species the Disney Conservation Fund is working to protect and then head to The Animation Experience where you can learn to draw your favorite characters using real animals for inspiration! In fact, each animal represents some of the amazing stories of conservation work Disney is doing around the world.

After that, you can check out the Wilderness Explorer activity for a limited time only and earn a special Earth Day Nature badge!

Capture your magical memories with Disney PhotoPass around the park, they have magic shots featuring Wall-E and Eve! It’s so cute! And for some entertainment, head over to Discover River to enjoy a special Disney Character Cruise, you will love it.

Did you think we forget about the food? Of course not! Look these adorable Flamingo and Bee cupcakes at the food service locations, as well as, custom food and beverages and even specialty merchandise including a limited edition Earth Day 2022 pin!

This year besides the Earth Day celebration, Animal Kingdom will also be celebrating it’s 24th anniversary!

Also, remember to help our planet by plating a tree, pick up litter, recycle or turning off lights to conserve energy. Every little thing counts!
