Disney World and Universal Orlando Resort are now hiring for different positions across their properties!

If you live in Florida and would love to work at any of these places then this is your chance. With everything opening up in the state more and more everyday and the parks increasing their capacity, more job positions have been opening up lately.

DISNEY WORLD

  • Area Merch Plumber: The person will be responsible for routine and corrective maintenance in all aspects of plumbing throughout the Walt Disney World Parks and Resorts. Must be familiar with plumbing tools and equipment.
  • Warehouse Specialist 2: Responsible for the receiving, handling and stocking merchandise along with using handheld technology. Must be familiar with power operated equipment and warehouse environment.
  • Lifeguard – Part Time: Must ensure the safety of guests by enforcing policies, rules and regulations of recreation locations. Lifeguards will maintain the general cleanliness of the pool areas, including removing towels and arranging chairs and tables. Cast Members respond to various incidents and will be trained on infant, child and adult CPR to respond to guests emergencies.
  • Housekeeping – Full Time: Responsible for cleaning guest rooms, including stripping and making beds, vacuuming, dusting and replenishing items such as linens and amenities.
  • Polite Pig (Disney Springs) – Various positions: This dining locations is hiring, you can apply for any position here.
  • Fireworks & Special Effects Designer – Seasonal: You will be responsible for developing and execute pyrotechnic and special effects designs for live shows across property, including parks, resorts, special events and disney cruise line. You can apply to this position here.
  • Housekeeping – Disney’s Hilton Head Island Resort: Responsible for cleaning guest rooms, including stripping and making beds, vacuuming, dusting and replenishing items such as linens and amenities. You can find more information here.
  • Actors for Star Wars – Galactic Starcruiser: They are seeking the following positions: Captain, Cruise Director, Ship Mechanic, The Fixer, First Order Lieutenant and Saber Trainer.
  • Actors with musical abilities for Star Wars – Galactic Starcruiser: They are seeking the following positions: The First-time Cruiser and Galactic Superstar.
  • Actors with stunt/combat abilities for Star Wars – Galactic Starcruiser: They are seeking the following positions: Rey and Kylo Ren.
