There are many reasons you may be planning a large group gathering. Perhaps you have a family reunion in the works with family of all ages from a variety of places all trying to find the best place to gather. Maybe your high school or college buddies are looking for a fun place to go together to reminisce about old times and create new memories. Possibly you are a wedding party looking for a fun time before the big day. Or maybe you are a family with a bunch of kids seeking a place that has something for everyone.
In all of these scenarios, I can’t think of a better place to choose for your group to go than Walt Disney World! There are many reasons I would suggest WDW, but here are my top 5!
Five: So many choices of places to stay! From the fun themed value Art of Animation resort which has themed Family Suites which can host parties up to 6 and boasts having the “Largest Resort Pool in Walt Disney World Resort”. The Cabins at Fort Wilderness Resort, are individual cabins where up to 6 adults have a place to sleep (and you can even bring up to 2 of your beloved dogs to stay with you!). The newest Deluxe Villa Riviera Resort (slated to open December 16, 2019) which sleeps up to 9 adults. There are many options available for fun and comfortable places to stay and have access to all of the amenities of staying on a Disney property.
Four: Have a ride wimp (like me!) or a ride fanatic in your group? The more the merrier! Because of Walt Disney World’s Rider Switch policy, no one is forced to ride anything he or she is uncomfortable riding.
Three: You don’t have to do everything together! With four theme parks, two water parks, and a variety of activities, everyone has the freedom to stick together or to venture out on their own!
Two: FOOD! With a variety of snacks, quick service, buffets, casual meals, character dining, and even fine dining, there are places to eat no matter your groups taste or budget!
One: It’s so much fun and there is something for everyone to do! Is your brother Bob a beer lover? Try a flight of beer at Biergarten in Germany in the World Showcase at EPCOT! Is someone in your group Princess obsessed? What about Star Wars seeker who has a Kylo Ren meet and greet on his or her wish list? Maybe grandma has a green thumb and would enjoy a Behind the Seeds” tour at Disney greenhouses. No matter who you have in your group, Disney has you covered!
