The Dates We Have Circled
Put it on the calendar: November 10 2026 to January 11 2027. The hangar gets its festive glow and explorers of every age can dig into holiday-inspired fare while guests 21+ sip the new cocktail list. We are so ready for that vintage aviation vibe wrapped in twinkle-light energy.
Festive Bites We Cannot Wait to Share
This lineup is stacked with new dishes and a couple of returning favorites. Prices were not included in the first look so we will update when the lounge board is confirmed. Offerings can change.
- Holiday Freight Rolls (New): Pork beef and sweet potato egg rolls with sweet-and-sour cranberry sauce — we already know these will disappear fast
- North Pole Catch (New): Smoked trout dip lavash chips smoked salmon pinwheels with caper dill cream cheese plus fish and shrimp cakes with citrus mustard aioli
- Oh Christmas Brie (New): Crispy Danish brie lingonberry marmalade and candied black pepper bacon. Yes please.
- Present Perfect Croquettes (New): Crispy fried turkey croquettes with cherry-orange brandy glaze
- Tinsel and Tender Bites (New): Cabernet-braised short ribs spiced macadamia nuts and cauliflower purée
- A Wreath of Wellington: Strip steak mushroom duxelles gruyère puff pastry herbed Parmesan and horseradish-mustard aioli
- Boughs of Holly Deviled Eggs: Sweet potato filling fried chicken herbed butter cranberry and parsley
