There’s an event that you won’t want to miss November 22, 2014, at Walt Disney World‘s Coronado Springs Resort! The Food Allergy and Celiac Convention, hosted by Sarah Norris from Gluten Free & Dairy Free at WDW, and Laurie Sadowski of the Allergy-Free Cook cookbook series, will feature an expo area in which you can sample products and talk with food company reps regarding gluten-free items, as well as items that are marketed to those with other well-known food allergies.
The convention also includes demonstrations from Disney culinary experts, and keynote speaker Gary Jones, Disney’s Culinary Dietary Specialist, will address various aspects of special diet needs, along with holiday baking tips for those with food allergies. Disney will offer a Welcome breakfast and a Royal Dinner, both of which will be gluten-free and food allergy friendly.
Tickets are available now at celebrateawareness.com. $10 for adults, and $5 for children.
