Universal Orlando Resort is starting its reopening process this week. The theme parks will welcome guests back beginning June 5 and select resort hotels will reopen today! Visiting the resort will be different than before the closure, so here’s what you need to know before you visit!
Guests and team members will be required to wear a face-covering and temperature checks will be required upon arrival. Anyone with a temperature of 100.4 or higher will not be allowed in the parks. Be sure to wash your hands often and practice social distancing between your party and others.
There will be floor markings throughout the park to help guests maintain social distancing. Guests will be required to use hand sanitizer at select locations including prior to boarding ride vehicles. Universal will also limit capacity at each park to ensure social distancing.
Cashless payments will be available at all areas (guests can use mobile ordering at select locations). Parking will be staggered in garages to maintain distance.
The hours of operation beginning June 5th are:
Universal Studios Florida:
9am-6pm Daily
Universal’s Islands of Adventure
9am-6pm Daily
Universal’s Volcano Bay
10am-5pm Daily
Universal CityWalk Orlando
8am – 10pm Daily
Guests should evaluate their risk in determining whether to visit. Any interaction with the general public poses an elevated risk of being exposed to COVID-19, and there’s no guarantee that guests will not be exposed during their visit.
