These Attractions are perfect for those looking to stay cool at Walt Disney World
True talk from a central Florida resident: it can get HOT here, especially in the summer. Our family still adventures out to the theme parks during the summer, however our approach and itinerary is certainly different on days that have temperatures climbing into the triple digits. While avoiding the parks during the hottest parts of the day, staying hydrated, and using cooling towels/fans are great tips, your itinerary may be the best tool in your toolbox. Here are my tips for attractions to add to your itinerary to help stay cool at Walt Disney World.

Kali River Rapids (Disney’s Animal Kingdom)
Disney’s Animal Kingdom is known to be the hottest park at Walt Disney World. Stay cool during your visit by hitting up Kali River Rapids, an exhilarating rafting adventure through the jungles of Asia. As you navigate the twists and turns of the river, expect to encounter unexpected splashes and even a drenching waterfall. This ride is perfect for cooling off, but make sure you’re ready to get wet from head to toe!
