Disney’s Yacht Club Resort at the Walt Disney World Resort is a deluxe level resort. Guests can delight in the formal grace of a grand New England-style yacht club at this lakeside hotel. Sharing many amenities with its sister, Disney’s Beach Club Resort, Disney’s Yacht Club Resort is walking distance to Epcot and a convenient boat ride to Disney’s Hollywood Studios. Dining Options

Disney’s Yacht Club features some of the best restaurants at Disney World. Yachtsman Steakhouse is said to have some of the best steaks on property and Cape May Cafe offers a fantastic character dining experience! You’ll also find comfort food and seafood at the newer Ale & Compass Restaurant and Beaches and Cream Soda Shop is the only place you can get a Kitchen Sink ice cream sundae! You can’t go wrong dining at any of the restaurants at Disney’s Yacht Club.

Location

The Yacht Club is located in the Epcot Resort area. It is within an easy walking distance to Epcot and just a boat ride away from Disney’s Hollywood Studios. You could even walk to Epcot and take the monorail over to Magic Kingdom. The resort is also right next to two other Disney World Resort hotels: Disney’s Beach Club and Disney’s Boardwalk. This gives guests easy access to dining and shopping experiences at those resorts as well!

If you like to swim or relax by the pool on vacation, then you’ll want to check out Stormalong Bay! Stormalong Bay is a 750,000-gallon, beachside wonderland that offers 3 acres of aquatic fun. Immerse yourself in an expansive sand-bottomed pool or a lazy circular river. Explore a life-size shipwreck replica. Slide down one of the highest hotel waterslides at Walt Disney World Resort. Then, feel your cares melt away as you soak up the sun’s golden rays atop an elevated tanning deck, or simply escape to one of 3 whirlpool spas. If you’re looking for a more peaceful swimming experience, there are 3 leisure pools at Disney’s Yacht and Beach Club Resorts that guests are welcome to use.

Spacious Rooms

The rooms at Disney’s Yacht Club are spacious and beautiful with large balconies. There are rooms that can sleep up to 6 guests which is great for larger families. If you want the highest level of service, there are club level room options as well. These rooms come at a price, but they do include unlimited access to the private club lounge, including food and drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic).

Recreation

There are some great recreational activities at Disney’s Yacht Club for a non-park day! You can rent a surrey bike or regular bike to explore, go on fishing excursions, rent boats to enjoy the water, and so much more. You definitely want to check out the recreation rentals as well as the events that the resort puts on each day.
