Yesterday was National Plan for a Vacation Day and we love our Disney vacations! Today we are sharing a transportation guide for planning your 2024 Disney vacation.

How Do I Get To The Disney Parks?

Now that your suitcases are packed and ready, let’s get to the parks! Guests staying at a Disney Resort hotel can benefit from complimentary transportation to and from the theme parks at Walt Disney World Resort and easy walkability to the theme parks at Disneyland Resort.

Magic Kingdom Transportation

  • Take the Monorail from Disney’s Contemporary Resort, Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa, or Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort.
  • Take a boat from Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground, Disney’s Grand Floridan Resort & Spa, Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort or Disney’s Wilderness Lodge.
  • Walk from Disney’s Contemporary Resort or Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa.
  • Take a bus from all other Disney Resort hotels.
  • Park in the Magic Kingdom parking lot and take the tram or walk to the Transportation and Ticket Center. From there, take the monorail or board the ferryboat to the park entrance. (Parking is complimentary for Disney Resort hotel guests)

Epcot Transportation

  • Take Disney Skyliner from Disney’s Art of Animation Resort, Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort, Disney’s Pop Century Resort, or Disney’s Riviera Resort.
  • Take the Monorail from Disney’s Contemporary Resort, Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa, or Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort.
  • Take a FriendShip Boat from Disney’s BoardWalk Inn, Disney’s Yacht Club Resort or Disney’s Beach Club Resort.
  • Walk from Disney’s BoardWalk Inn, Disney’s Yacht Club Resort or Disney’s Beach Club Resort.
  • Take a bus from all other Disney Resort hotels.
  • Park in the EPCOT parking lot and take the tram or walk to the park entrance. (Parking is complimentary for Disney Resort hotel guests.)

Disney’s Hollywood Studios Transportation

  • Take Disney Skyliner from Disney’s Art of Animation Resort, Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort, Disney’s Pop Century Resort, or Disney’s Riviera Resort.

  • Take a bus from all Disney Resort hotels.
  • Park in the Animal Kingdom parking lot and take the tram or walk to the park entrance. (Parking is complimentary for Disney Resort hotel guests.)

Disneyland Transportation

  • Take the Monorail from the Downtown Disney District.
  • Walk from Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa, Disneyland Hotel, or Pixar Place Hotel, through the Downtown Disney District.
  • Park at the Mickey & Friends or Pixar Pals parking structures and take the tram or walk using the pedestrian bridge over Magic Way.
  • You can also park in the Toy Story Parking Area and utilize bus transportation or walk via Harbor Boulevard.

Disney California Adventure Transportation

  • Walk from Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa, Disneyland Hotel, or Pixar Place Hotel. Guests at Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel and Pixar Place Hotel can use a designated resort guest entrance to Disney California Adventure Park.
  • Park at the Mickey & Friends or Pixar Pals parking structures and take the tram or walk using the pedestrian bridge over Magic Way.
  • You can also park in the Toy Story Parking Area and utilize bus transportation or walk via Harbor Boulevard.
