The theme parks at the Walt Disney World Resort are beginning a phased reopening this weekend. Not everything will be available when the parks reopen, including some transportation options. But here are the transportation options that guests will have access to.
Monorail
The Express monorail and Resort monorail will be in service, providing transport for TTC, Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort, Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort, and Disney’s Contemporary Resort. The Epcot monorail will not be in service.
Disney Skyliner
All three Skyliner lines will be in operation, providing transportation for guests at Disney’s Riviera and Disney’s Pop Century Resorts to Epcot and Disney’s Hollywood Studios.
Watercraft
Ferry Boats will be available from the TTC to Magic Kingdom. Other watercraft will be available from Disney’s Polynesian, Disney’s Wilderness Lodge, and Fort Wilderness to Magic Kingdom.
Walking
Disney’s Beach Club and Disney’s Boardwalk resorts will have no transportation to Epcot with walking being the only option.
Disney Buses
Buses will be available from all resorts to all parks and Disney Springs, except where there is alternative transportation (listed above).
Disney’s Magical Express
Disney’s Magical Express will be available for guests flying into Orlando International Airport.
Transportation that will not be available: Friendship Boats, Sassagoula Boats, Minnie Van Service, and parking lot trams.
