For those hashing out plans for your Christmas visit to Walt Disney World, you may be considering a visit to one of the Magic Kingdom’s seasonal Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Parties. Though each year these soirees are filled with delicious holiday-themed goodies galore, there are families that prefer to escape the hustle and bustle of parades and fireworks and enjoy a meal at one of the theme parks table service eateries. Its worth noting that not all restaurants remain open on party nights though there are a few fantastic eateries excepting reservations during Mickey’s Christmas Party. These are as follows:
Be Our Guest – Christmas decorations add to the magical glow of this Fantasyland eatery. Be an exclusive guest of Beast as you sup on delightful French-inspired dishes. And don’t forget to try the “Grey Stuff” its delicious! Dinner here will set visitors back around $35+ per adult or 1 Table Service Dining Credit for those on the dining plan. Advanced reservations are essential on party nights and can be made 180 days in advance.
Cinderella’s Royal Table – Does it get anymore magical than dining at the restaurant located in Cinderella’s Castle? Yes! Dining here at Christmas. I was lucky enough to eat here during a Christmas Party a few years ago and it was definitely one of the highlights of our visit. It was magical seeing the castle all lit up, being able to share our Christmas wishes with the Disney Princesses that visited our table and the dishes on the menu rivaled any Christmas dinners that we’ve had. Costs for this special treat are over $60 per adult or two Table Service Dining Credits.
Crystal Palace – Add a bit of whimsy to your Christmas Party with this character dining experience featuring Winnie the Pooh and friends. This all you can eat buffet features an amazing array of seasonal classics including dessert! Pooh, Eeyore, Tigger and Piglet will pop by to pose for photos and sign autographs. The cost to dine at Crystal Palace is $35 – $59 per adult or 1 table service credit.
Holiday Wishes Dessert Premium Package: For those looking for a VIP experience, this seasonal dessert party will be back from November 9 – December 22, 2017 exclusively for guests at Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party. During this evening event you’ll get to sample an amazing range of seasonal treats while enjoying breathtaking views of the evening fireworks display over Cinderella’s Castle. The party is available on the following nights:
November 9, 10, 12, 14, 16, 17, 26 and 28, 2017
December 1, 3, 5, 7, 8, 10, 12, 14, 15, 17, 19, 21 and 22, 2017
The cost is $79 for adults and $47 for children (ages 3-9) before tax. Reservations are essential.
All of the amazing eateries above can be booked either by calling Disney at 407.WDW.DINE or via My Disney Experience. Dining and dessert party slots on party nights do book up quickly so readers are encouraged to make their reservations as soon as possible. Guests should also note that tickets for Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party are essential to gain entry to the park during party hours and are not included in the dining costs.
