SIGNATURE BEVERAGE
INGREDIENTS:
Lime Salt Foam
- 2 ounces of fresh lime juice
- 4 ounces of water
- 1 teaspoon of sea salt
- 1 teaspoon of sucrose esters
Signature Beverage
1 1/2 ounces of 818 añejo tequila
1/2 ounce Cointreau Noir Liqueur
1/2 ounce of blood orange syrup
1/2 ounce of sour cherry syrup
3/4 ounce of fresh lime juice
Reserve of lime salt foam
1 1/3 ounce package of cherry flavored popping candy
INSTRUCTIONS:
Lime Foam
- Combine fresh lime juice, water, sea salt and sucrose esters in a blender.
- Blend on high speed until foamy; set aside until ready to serve.
Signature Beverage
- Combine tequila, Cointreau, lime juice, blood orange, and cherry syrups in a cocktail shaker. Fill with ice and shake.
- Place a large ice cube in a double old fashioned glass. Strain cocktail into glass.
- Layer desired amount of foam on top of drink. Garnish with cherry flavored popping candy.
GHOULISH DELIGHT
INGREDIENTS:
Ube Fudge
- 3 ounces of ube sweetened condensed milk
- 1 ounce of powdered milk
Ghoulish Delight
- 1 tbsp of ube shimmer glitter
- 1 ounce of tapioca pearls, prepared according to package instructions
- 5 ounces of oat milk
- 3 ounces of reserved Ube fugde
- Eyeball shaped gummies
INSTRUCTIONS:
Ube Fudge
- Place ube sweetened condensed milk in a small bowl. Slowly add powdered milk and stir until fudge like consistency.
- Set aside until ready to serve.
Ghoulish Delight
- Spray water on the side of a highball glass and dust with ube shimmer glitter. Place tapioca pearls in bottom of glass.
- Fill glass with ice. Add oat milk and float reserved ube fudge on top. Garnish with eyeball shaped gummies.
SYMPATHETIC LIBATIONS
INGREDIENTS:

- 1/2 ounce of Lyre’s Orange Sec
- 3/4 ounce of fresh lime juice
- 1/2 ounce of blood orange syrup
- 1/2 ounce of sour cherry syrup
- Reserved lime salt foam
- 1 dried orange slice. Bruleed
- Sour cherry candy spray
INSTRUCTIONS:
Lime Foam
- Combine fresh lime juice, water, sea salt and sucrose esters in a blender.
- Blend on high speed until foamy; set aside until ready to serve.
Sympathetic Libations
- Combine Agave Blanco, Orange Sec, lime juice, blood orange, and cherry syrup in a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake well.
- Strain into couple glass.
- Layer desired amount of foam on top of drink.
- Garnish with dried orange slice and desired amount of sour cherry candy spray.
