Sample Innovative treats! With 14 different festival marketplaces located at California Adventure Food & Wine Festival there is a dish for everyone. The festival prides itself for its California-grown ingredients which provides each dish and menu with mouthwatering items. While you are sampling the irresistible dishes be sure to pair them with an array of craft beers, boutique wines and specialty cocktails.
Sample specialty desserts. During the Sweet Sundays signature events guests can enjoy the sweeter things in life. This highly popular signature event is the perfect way to start the day. Guests can join a celebrated pastry chef for a dessert-focused demonstration, an interview and a light brunch buffet featuring one of the chef’s dishes. Enjoy this signature event for an additional fee during select dates throughout the festival.
Enjoy Culinary Demonstrations. Discover cooking tips as you enjoy culinary demonstration led by talented chefs as they share kitchen tricks that have brought them to the forefront of the culinary industry. Guests attending the California Adventure Food & Wine Festival enjoy complimentary demonstrations live on the Backlot Stage in Hollywood land.
Attend a special “In the Kitchen with…” event. During the California Adventure Food & Wine Festival guests can experience intimate encounters with celebrity chefs from around the world. During the event chefs will be demonstrating their favorite dishes while answering questions. This special event takes place at the Palisades Stage in Paradise Gardens Park. Advanced reservations are highly recommended.
Attend family-friendly seminars. Chef Daniella Mafitano will be providing live family-friendly presentations suitable for families on the go. Guests can enjoy this presentation is also located on the Backlot Stage in Hollywood lane on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays starting at 3pm with limited seating available.
Let the kids enjoy Jr. Chef. Young chefs have the opportunity to “get in the kitchen” with Chef Goofy as they are provided with a mix of ingredients to create magical treats! Act quickly! The Jr. Chef experience offered at California Adventure Food & Wine Festival is offered on a first-come, first-served basis for children ages 3 to 11.
