After a fun day at the parks, come back to your Disney hotel room, put on your pjs, grab some snacks and enjoy “Happily Ever After” virtual fireworks!
Technology has been a key part of the reopening of the Walt Disney World Resort, introducing Disney Park Pass and taking advantage of mobile order and contactless payment options.
We know that even though technology has made everything easier, there are other things at Walt Disney World that we are not able to experience now, like character meet&greets or nighttime shows.
That’s why guests staying at a Disney hotel, now have the option to stream “Happily Ever After” on demand!
Another benefit you get when you stay at a Disney hotel is the option to check-in online through the My Disney Experience app and skip the front desk! Once your room is ready, you’ll receive a notification on your phone and can use your MagicBand or digital key.
The digital key is a service that turns any bluetooth enabled phone into a key! So if you forget your MagicBand, no worries! Your phone will save you and it works with room doors, hotel entrance gates and any other common area doors that require a key.
Also did you know the My Disney Experience app, allows you to chat with a resort cast member at nearly anytime so there’s no need to visit the lobby or stand in line!
So next time you stay at a Walt Disney World hotel, make sure to take advantage of the technology they offer!
