Over at Lombard’s Seafood Grille in Universal Studios Florida, the Lunar Glazed Pork Fried Rice brings together Chinese sausage, shrimp, pork belly, shiitake mushrooms, and Asian pickled veggies in a dish inspired by San Francisco’s Chinatown and Chef Jose’s Peruvian roots. It is hearty, savory, and absolutely worth adding to your must eat list.

Inside Universal Islands of Adventure, Mythos Restaurant is serving up Smoked Brisket Pho that is anything but ordinary. House made pho broth, tender smoked brisket, rice noodles, fresh herbs, bean sprouts, and a little Fresno pepper kick make this bowl a warm hug with a passport stamp.

At The Blue Dragon Pan Asian Restaurant in Universal Epic Universe, the Longan Red Date Tea brings authentic flavors straight from Universal Beijing Resort’s Lunar New Year celebration. Brewed with red dates and dried longans, then sweetened with honey and passionfruit, it is part of the Tea Pot service and a cozy way to toast the new year.

CityWalk is also in on the celebration. The Cowfish Sushi Burger Bar debuts the Fiery Horse Crunch Roll, stacked with salmon, tuna, avocado, sriracha chipotle mayo, tobiko, ponzu, and a Flamin’ Hot Cheetos crunch that brings the heat. Nearby at Bend the Bao, the Seven Spice Beef Brisket Bao layers brisket with apple cabbage slaw, scallions, cucumbers, and carrots, while the BBQ Duck Bao adds orange Japanese barbecue sauce, chipotle slaw, pineapple, and cilantro for a sweet and savory spin.
