Just a little over a month ago, we here at Disney Addicts shared with you the incredible new eats that arrived at Toy Story Land in Hollywood Studios.  The trend for delicious Disney treats continues at this theme park with Walt Disney World unveiling additional culinary offerings including new menus, vegan dishes, Star Wars-themed treats and so much more.  So without further adieu, lates take a look at some of the great dishes now available at Hollywood Studios.

Let’s start with some treats from a galaxy far, far away. If you’re a huge Star Wars fan, then a perfect ending to your Disney days is the Star Wars: A Galactic Spectacular Dessert Party.  Held in the evenings at Hollywood Studios, this separately ticketed event includes a pre-fireworks dessert party featuring incredible sweet and savory dishes all inspired by the Star Wars films.  Afterwards, you are whisked away to a private viewing area offering incredible sightlines for the impressive Star Wars-themed nighttime extravaganza, The Galactic Spectacular.

The menu at the Dessert Party is simply out of this World! You’ll find everything from desserts and drinks to charcuterie and cheeses.  The party kicks off at the Launch Bay where sweets include Blue Milk Panna Cotta with crispy pearls and chocolate Darth Vader-themed cupcakes with peanut butter icing and Raspberry Mousse Domes.

On the savory side, guests can enjoy roasted red pepper hummus, black bean dip with sriracha sauce and smoked sea-salted flatbread.  Non-alcoholic beverages and alcoholic beverages are also available.  Guests 21 and over can sip on creative cocktails like the Lightspeed Margarita made with tequila, blood orange, sour mix and lime juice.  Beer and wine selects are also available.

BB9-E and Kylo Ren Cupcakes – For those not opting to attend the dessert party, there is still a terrific range of Star Wars-themed goodies found throughout Hollywood Studios.  Let’s start with these tasty cupcakes which you’ll find at Backlot Express.  The BB-9E version is made up of a vanilla cupcake with caramel cheesecake buttercream.  The Kylo Ren version is a chocolate cupcake with peanut butter buttercream.

AT-AT Popcorn Bucket – For Star Wars collectors, you’ll want to be on the lookout for this incredible souvenir popcorn container found at various locations throughout the park.

BB-8 Sipper – Speaking of great souvenirs, quench your thirst with a tasty soft-drink filled to the brim inside of this delightful BB-8 sippy cup!  Totally refillable, it’s a purchase that we promise you’ll use time and time again.

Darth Vader Stein – We round out this wonderful trifecta of souvenirs with a Darth Vader Stein also found at various locations throughout the park.  We promise you’ll feel the Force.

Cookies and Cream Funnel Cake – Head over to Oasis Canteen for this delectable treat.  Its a classic funnel cake topped with powdered sugar, crushed cookies and cream pieces, chocolate sauce and either chocolate and vanilla soft-serve.

Sci-Fi Appetizer Sampler – We’ve always loved the food and the ambiance at the Sci-Fi Dine-In Theater Restaurant and now things have gotten even better with the introduction of this yummy sampler.  It comes with boneless buffalo tenders, shrimp and crab fondue, house-made tortilla chips, and fried dill pickles served with blue cheese and horseradish.

Sci-Fi Wedge Salad – Another new appetizer at Sci-Fi, this healthy treat comes with an iceberg wedge, grape tomatoes, bacon, red onions. blue cheese crumbles, radishes, balsamic glaze and a blue cheese dressing.

Sci-Fi Barbecue Platter – BBQ lovers won’t want to miss a chance to try this wonderful platter which features pulled pork, St. Louis-style ribs, grilled chicken, sausages, cheddar cornbread, southern coleslaw and cowboy beans.  The dish is finished off with a Coca-Cola Barbecue Sauce.

Sci-Fi BBQ Burger – Or do your BBQ the Burger way with this new menu item.  The burger is a signature blend of beef with BBQ spice, house-made BBQ sauce, bacon, cheddar, crispy-fried jalapenos and onion straws.  It is served on a brioche bun.

Additional entrees at the Sci-Fi Dine-In Theater Restaurant include a Buffalo Chicken Salad, a Smoked Prime Rib Sandwich, Pan-Seared Shrimp or Chicken Pasta, Beef and Blue Burger and Vegan Tofu Lettuce Wraps.  The Wraps comes with salt and pepper crispy fried tofu, lettuce cups, water chestnuts, shredded carrots, spicy cucumber, Szechuan sauce and a soba noodle salad.

Shrimp Teriyaki Bowl – Next we head over to our favorite Quick Service restaurant at Hollywood Studios to sample this tasty new dish.  Its made up of stir-fried Napa cabbage, snap peas, red peppers, carrots, onions, edamame, shitake mushrooms and broccoli tossed in a house-made teriyaki sauce.  It is served over brown rice.

Southwest BBQ Burger – Also added to the menu at ABC Commissary is this burger made from flame broiled 1/3lb angus. It is topped with sweet BBQ pulled pork, bacon, bread and butter pickles and cheddar cheese finished with garlic aioli and crisp onion rings.  Its served on Texas toast and served with southwestern steak fries dusted in a chilli-lime seasoning.

Mediterranean Salad – Keep things healthy during your ABC Commissary visit with this delicious salad which includes grilled chicken breast, fresh mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, red onions, pepperoncini, kalamata olives and feta cheese.  It’s tossed in a Mediterranean vinaigrette and is served with a side of hummus and flatbread.

Vegan Burger – Those on a vegetarian or vegan diet will love this new addition to the ABC Commissary menu which features a vegan burger topped with lettuce, tomato, sauteed peppers, onions and a balsamic glaze.  Its dressed with vegan mayonnaise, ketchup and sriracha mustard and served on a brioche bun with french fries.

Toy Story Land Cupcake – Celebrating the opening of Toy Story Land, we round out the ABC Commissary treats with this colorful chocolate cupcake topped with vanilla buttercream and a white chocolate piece.
