The Walt Disney World 50th Anniversary Merchandise Collections has been unveiled!
The World’s Most Magical Celebration will begin on October 1st and celebrate 50 years of magic with an 18-month extravaganza! And of course, guests would want to look their best while celebrating, that’s why six different collections will be available on October and November at Walt Disney World.

“The merchandise creative celebrates the legacy of the past 50 years with a nod to the next 50” said Marianne Sharpe, Vice President of Merchandise at Walt Disney World Resort. “It includes authentic replicas of product, modern fashion, trend collections, artist collaborations, and even matching attire for the entire family. The 50th merchandise is truly for the Disney fan in us all.”
Let’s take a look at the six 50th anniversary merchandise collections that will be available at Walt Disney World:
LIMITED-TIME MERCHANDISE – STARTING AUGUST 12
A special pre-celebration line of products will be available on August 12! This collection will feature limited-time items like a spirit jersey, t-shirts, a tumblr, and more!
CELEBRATION COLLECTION – EARLY OCTOBER 2021
This collection will include a wide-ranging assortment of commemorative merchandise for the whole family! Perfect for mix and match, here you will find things like ears, bags, t-shirts, hoodies and even dresses for the little ones!
In the festive headwear department you will be able to choose between two styles of Minnie Ears, one with Disney characters in their 50th anniversary attire and a gold bow or a sparkling black sequined ears with a gold bow!
As for the classic ear hat, this time it features Mickey wit the legend “The World’s Most Magical Celebration” and the 50th logo! The ears and details are an earidescent color that goes perfectly with the celebration.
For those loving Disney Style, you will love the Loungefly backpack featuring the 50th loco as well as your favorite characters, this one match the first pair of ears perfectly! Now, if tote bags are more your thing, this Dooney & Bourke bag is a must have for you! Just look at the beautiful pattern featuring Mickey and Minnie, as well the castle!
Loving that Dooney pattern? Take a closer look at the dress because it will be a perfect match for your bag!
Other items available in this collection are picture frames, shoes and the famous Mickey shaped foam soap dispenser!
Kids will also love this earidescent dress just like the one Minnie Mouse will wear! And for those chilly October nights, this hoodie featuring the fabulous five and castle is a must have!
DISNEY CASTLE COLLECTION – EARLY OCTOBER 2021
Drawing inspiration from the iconic Cinderella Castle in Magic Kingdom, this collection has everything from collectibles like ornaments and charms to castle-inspired attire and light-up Minnie ears!
These Minnie ears are fit for royalty! We love the color and subtle gold details and gems plus they light up! These are definitely going in my collection!
VAULT COLLECTION COMING – EARLY OCTOBER 2021
For those who love vintage and retro Disney items, the Vault collection will be a must have!
The collection pays tribute to 50 years of Walt Disney World magic with an assortment of retro-themed designs right out of the Walt Disney Archives and features items like the original Mickey ears hat, throwback t-shirt styles and nostalgic accesories.
We love the classic designs, just take a look at that plate or that mug, very simple and nostalgic!
EARIDESCENT COLLECTION – LATE OCTOBER 2021
This collection is a perfect match for the earidescent decor around the Walt Disney World Resort!
It’s my personal favorite with all the pink and sparkly details! The collection features items like spirt jerseys, backpacks, pins and ears!
Loungefly is launching this Disney Parks earidescent backpack with very sparkly details like ears and a bow! The spirit jersey is perfect for those chilly months later in the year and is a perfect match with Cinderella Castle.
The Minnie Ears are a MUST! Just look at the color! Plus they are super sparkly and beautiful. The pin is another cute little souvenir that you could wear on a jean jacket, your backpack, shirt or anywhere you would like to celebrate this milestone.
LUXE LOGO COLLECTION – NOVEMBER 2021
Making its debut in November, the Luxe Logo collection offers a range of upscale pieces for any Disney collector. This one is more classy and subtle, as we can see in the preview. More details about this collection will be revealed soon.
