Disney Fantasy to Resume Sailing September 11, 2021 1

Disney Cruise Line recently resumed sailing from the U.S. The Disney Dream has started cruising from Florida to the Bahamas and Caribbean. Next month, the Disney Fantasy will also return to sailing. Disney Cruise Line is making several changes to upcoming Disney Fantasy voyages, including the cancellation of one sailing and the modification of four itineraries.

The 7-night sailing on Sept. 4, 2021, will be canceled. Guests who have paid in full will receive a 125% future cruise credit. Guests not paid in full will receive a full refund. UK/EU guests will receive a full refund as well.

Additionally, Disney Cruise Line is converting four Disney Fantasy sailings from 7-night cruises to 4-night cruises for the following dates:

Original 7-Night Cruises Converting to 4-Night Cruises New itineraries have two stops at Disney’s Castaway Cay; no other ports of call on these sailings.

Guests will be given three courses of action to choose from: remain on the same sailing, move their sailing, or cancel.

Guests will need to choose which action they’d prefer and let Disney Cruise Line know by August 30, 2021. For cancellations or modifications received on or after Aug. 31, 2021, standard cancellation fees will apply. If Disney Cruise Line does not receive a phone call from the Guest, Disney Cruise Line will assume the Guest will be sailing on the 4-night voyage on the same date.

These new 4-night sailings are available to book by new Guests. The 4-night sailings on Sept. 11, Sept. 18, Sept. 25 and Oct. 2, 2021 will open for new bookings on Aug. 25, 2021. Disney Cruise Line expects to resume sailing 7-night and longer voyages beginning Oct. 9, 2021.
