Very soon you will be able to embrace the magic of Disney again because no social distancing meet & greets will be back!

On April 18th, traditional characters greetings will return to Walt Disney World, Disneyland and Disney Cruise Line. It has been a long time since we were able to hug, dance, and just be closer to our favorite characters, a major experience part of all the magnificent Disney entertainment offered to guests.

It was two years ago when we couldn’t even stand a few feet away from Disney characters and our only option was to see them on stage or parades sometimes, all of these due the health and safety protocols that had to be followed in order to keep everyone safe. Eventually, we were able to get greet our favorite characters again while maintaining some distance and now we can all hug and laugh together again!

It’s important to know that these Disney character greetings will not be available at all locations right away and will come back in phases throughout the Spring and early Summer, so keep checking back as more details are released.

And don’t forget to check out all the amazing entertainment that is returning to Walt Disney World and Disneyland:

MAGIC KINGDOM

  • Mickey’s Magical Friendship Faire
  • Indiana Jones Epic Stunt Spectacular
  • Festival of Fantasy Parade
  • Disney Adventure Friends Cavalcade

DISNEYLAND

  • World of Color
