Looking to catch some fireworks while at Walt Disney World? Don’t worry, you have options! There is no better way to end a day in the parks than with one of the magical fireworks displays shown every night at Disney World. The Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, and Hollywood Studios all have amazing nighttime fireworks shows that should not be missed! Animal Kingdom does not have fireworks due to the safety and comfort of the animals.
- Wishes Nighttime Spectacular at the Magic Kingdom is shown every night against the backdrop of Cinderella Castle. Grab a spot on Main Street and let Jiminy Cricket and Tinkerbell guide you though the Magic! Show times vary throughout the year so make sure to consult your times guide when you arrive at the park for the show schedule.
- Illuminaions: Reflections of Earth is shown every night in Epcot, around World Showcase Lagoon. This show is presented every night at park close and can be watched from anywhere around the World Showcase.
- Fantasmic! is now being shown nightly at Hollywood Studios. On most night there is more than one show. This Fireworks and water extravaganza is truly a fantastic experience. Mickey Mouse is center stage, however princesses, villains and all of your favorite characters make and appearance in this show.
If you would like to enhance your viewing experience, there are many ways add some ‘magic’ with advanced planning and reservations.
The Magic Kingdom has special fast pass viewing areas around Main Street and the Tomorrowland Terrace Dessert Party lets you view Wishes while enjoying amazing Disney Desserts.
The Illuminations Sparkling Dessert Party offers a VIP view of Illuminations accompanied by sweet treats and spirited drinks.
Fantasmic! Dinner Packages includes a meal at select restaurants within Hollywood Studios and VIP seating vouchers to watch Fantasmic!
Unfortunately there will be times when the weather does not cooperate and these shows may be delayed or cancelled. Disney does everything they can to present the fireworks show every night to guests, even if it means delaying for a short time or starting a bit early. Listen to announcements if there is heavy rain, they will let you know if it is cancelled or when it will start. Disney has top notch weather instruments and knows how to use them to give you the best experience possible.
Special events throughout the year like Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party and Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party will prevent you from seeing Wishes unless you have a ticket for these events. Check the park schedule for a list of special event dates and times!
