Opening Day at the 2024 EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival
The EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival is back and better than ever! We had the pleasure of attending opening day this year and were blown away by the incredible food, drinks, and atmosphere. Let’s dive into our culinary adventure and share our thoughts on this year’s festival!

One of the highlights of the festival is always the introduction of new dishes. This year, we were particularly impressed by the Boursin Fig & Balsamic Cheesecake! This creamy delicious cheesecake was a beautiful blend of light, fluffy cheesecake with the crunch of hazelnuts and a nice flavors of fig with a subtle hint of balsamic glaze. It was the perfect balance of sweet and savory!

Do you love Mac & Cheese?! Then you have to stop by the Macatizers booth to try the incredible Macaroni and Cheese options!
We tried 3 out of the 4 including the Traditional Mac & Cheese with herbed panko, the cheesesteak mac & cheese, and the Impossible Chili Cheese Mac & Cheese. We were surprised to say, but our fave had to be the Impossible Chili Cheese! It was incredible!
Sipping Our Way Around the World
No food festival is complete without a variety of delicious drinks! We sampled our way through the festival’s many beverage offerings, and our favorite had to be the Mimosa Flight! The bubbly sweet flight at the Shimmering Sips booth offered 3 incredible flavors including:
Berry Mimosa: La Gioiosa Berry Fizz and white cranberry juice (NEW)
Blood Orange Mimosa: Sparkling wine and blood orange juice
Tropical Mimosa:Sparkling wine, Minute Maid Passion fruit, orange and guava juices
Two of our absolute favorite food items would have to be the Yuca Fries and the Fry Flight from the Fry Basket. They are insanely good!
These fries are the most delicious fries ever!
Choose from these amazing option: Adobo Yuca Fries with Garlic-Cilantro
Fry Flight with Truffle-Parmesan Fries, Barbeque Bacon Fries with Smoked Aoli, and sweet potato casserole, fries with candy, pecans, toasted marshmallow cream, and bourbon, maple syrup! YUMMM!!
Merchandise Madness
If you’re a fan of festival merchandise, you won’t be disappointed. This year’s collection features a wide array of mugs and glasses, kitchen items, t-shirts, pins, Mickey Ears and more!
There is a also a huge selection of New Figment merchandise just for the occasion! We couldn’t resist picking up these adorable Figment ears and Loungefly backback to commemorate our visit!
This year’s event also featured a special collaboration with the beloved Muppets. Fans of all ages can now show their love for Dr. Bunsen Honeydew, Beaker, and the rest of the Muppet gang with a collection of exciting new merchandise. From stylish t-shirts to unique glassware and collectible pins, there’s something for everyone to enjoy.
You can check out more Muppets fun at The Brew Wing Lab at the Odyssey for some fun eats and cool drinks! We were entertained by the Muppet Labs Antics while noshing on our Pickle Spears and Pomegranate and Raspberry Frozen Tea. It’s a great place to cool down and grab a treat!

Overall Experience
Our overall experience at the 2024 EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival was fantastic. The food was delicious, the drinks were refreshing, and the atmosphere was electric. We highly recommend attending this year’s festival if you’re a foodie or simply looking for a fun and memorable experience. We can’t wait to go back and try even more of the amazing offerings available.
