Tasty Treats at Disneyland Park

If one of your favorite things to do is munch on all the tasty snacks while in Disneyland, this is the article for you! I’m going to show you where to get some of the most popular foods at Disneyland Park including some of my personal favorites: churros and beignets! I think there should be a food day at Disneyland where all the attractions are shut down and we can just sample all the wonderful treats across the park. Let’s jump in!

First up is the Disneyland Churros which can be found at carts and kiosks across the park. Just hunt for that delicious cinnamon smell! From the traditional churros with cinnamon sugar, to more seasonal flavors, there is a churro for everyone!

Over at Hunny Spot and Candy Palace, you can find Tigger Tails, Candy Apples and so much more! Disneyland Candy Makers have outdone themselves again with the super adorable Tigger Tail made from marshmallows, sugar coating and chocolate. There are also candy apples of all kinds, English Toffee, and chocolate-covered pineapple. Hunny Spot is in Critter Country and the Candy Palace is on Main Street, USA, so make sure to check them out on your park day.

Next up is a Disneyland Park classic, DOLE WHIP! Whether you prefer a regular Pineapple Dole Whip soft-serve or a Dole Whip Float with pineapple juice, there are a bunch of different options for every taste. Once you grab your Dole Whip treat, head on in to the Enchanted Tiki Room for a great show. Dole Whips are served at the Tiki Juice Bar in Adventureland as well as at the Tropical Hideaway near the Jungle Cruise.

If you want a bit of a heartier snack, head over to the Bengal Barbecue for an array of tasty skewers. They have chicken, beef, pork or even roasted veggies. A great pairing with these skewers is a Jungle Julep which is a slushie drink with pineapple, orange, grape, and lemon juices.

If you can’t get to New Orleans anytime soon, head to the Mint Julep Bar in Disneyland Park for some Mickey-Shape beignets. These freshly-baked treats are topped with powdered sugar and in some seasons, you might be able to get them in butterscotch or peppermint flavors. Make sure to grab a Mint Julep which is a non-alcoholic mint drink with a hint of lime to try one of the most popular drinks in the park.

Next up we travel to the Jolly Holiday Bakery Café for a Matterhorn Macaroon. This treat is a coconut cookie topped with powdered sugar. This treat is also Instagram-able when held up in front of the Matterhorn Bobsleds.

When you head over to Maurice’s Treats which is a small cart across from the Royal Theatre in Fantasyland, you can grab the Cheddar Garlic Bagel Twist. While there you can also grab a Boysen Apple freeze which is another great slushie drink.

At the Red Rose Taverne, you can immerse yourself in the Beauty and the Beast movie by trying the Grey Stuff which is truly delicious. If you don’t believe me, I’m sure you can ask the dishes! This treat is a white chocolate mousse with red velvet cake and a raspberry center offered at lunch and dinner.

My absolute favorite dish at Disneyland Park can be found at Café Orleans. That would be the Monte Cristo with pommes frites. The pommes frites are French fries tossed in a parmesan-garlic sauce that are to die for. The Monte Cristo is a sandwich with ham, turkey, and swiss cheese fried in a light, fluffy batter, served with berry puree.

Last up on our list are Mickey Waffles and Fried Pickles served at the Carnation Café on Main Street, USA. Here you can get a giant Mickey waffles with your choice of strawberries or apples with bacon or sausage. There is also Fried Pickles which are pickle spears dipped in parmesan and panko crumbs, fried and served with a house-made sauce.

There are so many great treats across Disneyland Park that it’ll be hard to pick which one to start with! Did your favorite make the list?
